I have used the Cotswold Hat club for a few years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Charlottes eye for detail is second to none, she always completes my outfit, even when i leave it to the last minute. Her hat collection is beautiful. Hiring a hat from The Cotswold Hat Club was a terrific experience. The selection of hats is incredible and I was able to send photos of my outfit to get really helpful advice on a range of options. The booking process was very straigthforward and all my concerns were promptly replied to. A video offering advice on how to the position the hat was even provided! Overall this was a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to hire a hat again from the company.

Wonderful selection of classy hats and an easily-arranged one to one session with Rachel who knew exactly which hats to choose for me, all at short notice. She made it all incredibly easy; the hats were stunning which greatly helped me to enjoy both days’ racing. A postal service return made it even easier. I’ll definitely be going back.

I sent her photos of my outfits for my daughter’s wedding and she had a selection of hats already picked out when I went to her shop. With her great eye for colour and design she was able to provide me with two perfect hats. Rachel’s friendly and fun approach really took the stress out of the whole process. The hats arrived a few days in advance of the wedding as promised and the return system is easy. I felt great on the day and received many compliments. I have taken outfits into her fabulous shop where she then matches a hat, and I have also sent her photographs of outfits which she then matches to hats and sends pics across for me to choose. Rachel has a fabulous eye for colour and what will look good on me! I can't recommend her enough.
In addition to this, she is friendly, knowledgeable and laughs with me when I put the hats on back to front - she is always there via whatsapp to ensure the hats are positioned correctly and I trust her implicitly.

Seriously - if you ever need a hat for any event, no matter where you are in the country, Rachel is the person for you.

Rachel has a huge collection of gorgeous high-end hats for all seasons and occasions - I have used her services for Cheltenham and Ascot and have always found the perfect hat to suit me and my outfit with Rachel’s fantastic eye to give that extra bit of confidence in one’s selection. Rachel is lovely and fun to work with and the customer service is super. When my first choice hat for Ascot was already booked, she suggested an alternative that was arguably better and got loads of compliments. I can’t recommend The Cotswold Hat Club and Rachel highly enough and will definitely be back!

Rachel is fantastic! My hat came with three days notice and was brilliant quality. The postage is quick and constant communication. If you’re not sure on how to pair your hat/match it, Rachel is also brilliant and suggesting what they’ve got and what would work best! 1000% will use every year for Ascot.

They could not have been more helpful in suggesting all the many hat options available for my event. This was done during the early evening and I really appreciated the help out of usual business hours. My hat was perfect for Royal Ascot and arrived a few days in advance which meant I didn’t stress about it not arriving in time.

A huge choice of gorgeous hats and very easy to receive and send back by Royal Mail so I didn’t have to travel to the shop.

I hired a headband for Royal Ascot, from Rachel at the Cotswold Hat Club and the process was seamless from start to finish. I could not physically make it to the shop and over picture massage we managed to select the perfect ‘icing’ on my cake. Nothing seemed too much trouble and I even received a video of how to fit it correctly.

Rachel has a fantastic eye for colour and can always perfectly match your outfit. Whether it's Royal Ascot or a wedding it has to be Cotswold Hat Club.

I have never hired headpiece’s before, I am extremely particular when choosing the right headpiece and have gone out of my way many times to have the right piece made from high end milliners before. However! This was before I found The Cotswolds Hat Company. The pictures of the pieces on their website are true to description and I cannot express how lovely and helpful Rachel is. Rachel made sure my last minute hire of “Molly”at possibly one of their busiest times ( Royal Ascot Week ) was with me right away, the delight I had when opening the box was second to none, the piece was outstanding. I speak from being a very fussy person! And I can honestly say you will be blown away and have one less thing to worry about with The Cotswold Hat Company. Delightful experience, beautiful outstanding pieces.
