Rachel is amazing - and makes hiring a hat the easiest and most fun experience. I send a picture of my outfit and she matches the dress perfectly, it’s always stunning and always right for me! I recommend her to all my friends, there is so much choice, so many styles, colours - and there’s something for everyone. The hats always arrive in good time, beautifully packaged and Rachel is always on hand to show you how to wear it!

Rachel goes over and above in ensuring the hat will match the outfit and the person, and could not recommend more highly - she’s turned a non hat wearer into a hat wearer at any possible occasion. The range of hats available is incredible and Rachel has a brilliant eye for colour and size, ensuring you wear the right hat for the right occasion. I highly recommend The Cotswold hat club - it is fabulous .

I had the best experience choosing a hat from the extensive range available at The Cotswolds Hat Company. Rachel’s experience made an intimidating task (there are so many to choose from and let’s face it, you are going to be judged on your choice!) into a reassuring and confidence building pleasure. The hats themselves are beautiful and you couldn't fail to find the right one for you! Enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish. Will be returning to hire again very soon! By the way I was a finalist in the best dressed, so the hats are truly something special.

Truly phenomenal customer service. Rachel whatsapped me for multiple days to perfectly match the headpiece to my dress since I was flying in for the event. She even provided a spare headpiece in case the one I wanted didn’t match my dress. I will definitely rent again!

Cotswold hat club (Rachel) is quite possibly one of the best businesswomen I’ve come across. She is professional, friendly and most of all helpful! She gives the most amazing fashion advice and essentially plans my outfits. I could not recommend her enough. Her prices are so reasonable and she has a hat for any occasion in anyone’s price range.

She is also so good about returning the hats, she gives you enough time to enjoy and return without hassling (which I’ve found some hat companies do not do).

Absolutely fantastic service! Last minute trip to Aintree, booked the fascinator and it arrived the day after! I had lots of lovely comments, it was stylish, comfortable and didn’t move all day! Simply packed it back up in the box it arrived in, attached the sticker provided, and sent it back!! Will definitely be using The Cotswolds Hat Club again. Rachel has a wonderful selection of hats from top milliners: designs with true wow factor that you’d never find on the high street, well not in the north of England anyway!
