CPA have been brilliant for me when starting up. Everyone was really helpful and nothing was to much. Really fast and efficient. Especially simon who helped me massively with it all. He's a real credit to the company. I would definitely recommend

Since picking up the phone to CPA the experience has been fabulous. I have dealt directly with Simon Raphael, he is definitely a dying breed of Salesman that does what he says he is going to do. Simon dealt with the whole application process for me, all I had to do was check and sign off, everything was explained clearly for me, I can highly recommend CPA and Simon.

Paul was incredibly efficient, the application process was very straightforward and dealt with in a few days.
Such a relief as I had heard this can be difficult.

Dealt with a lady called Monica at the Head Office who answered the phone and proceeded to resolve my whole query from start to finishincluding the reissue of my policy and guidance on what to do next if necessary. This was the height of customer service not moving me onto somewhere / someone else or referring me to fill in form. I would reccommend this org just on that single experience.

The communication and customer service have been second to none.
The process was quick and efficient, and I found that opting for the five-year membership makes your service extremely competitive and well worth the money.
