We used Installsure to arrange our IBG insurance for a tender we were working on, and the whole process was straightforward from start to finish. Karan handled our enquiry and was extremely helpful throughout, answering our questions quickly and making sure everything was in place when we needed it. Couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. Highly recommend.

Had work done from safestyle on finance…

Had work done from safestyle on finance & they told us we were covered by this company. The back door is warped & needs replacing but they told us because it was paid for on finance there's nothing they can do. Why give us the paperwork in the first place if not valid? Avoid installsure i wish i had.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with your door.
As explained in our correspondence, where an installation has been paid for using a finance agreement, protection may be available under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act. In these circumstances, the finance provider is jointly liable and would be responsible for assessing and progressing any claim relating to faulty goods or the installation.. We understand this may be frustrating, and we recommend contacting your finance provider directly regarding the warped door . As also outlined in our letter, if a Section 75 claim is not successful, we would be happy to review the matter through the IBG process. We hope this helps clarify the situation.

First Class Support

Our claim for a front door which was defective on design and installation by a now bankrupt company was handled very professionally by "Installsure" claims handler Becks McKay. Our experience involved first class support, guidance and a very prompt conclusion to effect a renewal. Our misfortune was dealt with so effectively. Thankyou.

The agent Becks McKay went out of her way to help with the claim.
Although there was a lot of documentation that was needed, her requests were always explicit and it helped clear the claim quickly

Extremely Strict Criteria for Claims

As many others before me have suggested, I would definitely recommend checking quotes to see if this company is listed as the insurers before accepting. Whether you accept the quote is of course your choice but (at the time of writing) 45% five stars vs 46% one stars should tell you something.
The status of the company I was making a claim for is listed on a Google search as voluntary liquidation, the owner had died, a liquidator has been appointed and the showroom is empty, which you’d think would be enough but as the formal process of completing the listing with Companies House had not been completed this was enough to decline the claim.
As many others have already pointed out Installsure will use absolutely anything to decline a claim.

Perfect company
