I would like to sincerely apologise for any confusion regarding how our listings appear. As a small, independent retailer, we simply do not have the same margins as large corporate corporations, and unfortunately, we are unable to absorb the costly processes and high fees associated with offering free returns.
We always aim to be entirely transparent with our community, which is why our standard returns policy is fully displayed on our website for customers to review before placing an order. That said, we are looking directly into how Google pulls through information to ensure there is no misleading advertising out there, as that is absolutely never our intention.
We genuinely value all feedback from our customers, as it helps us understand where we can improve.

Returns policy is a joke!! Exchange or credit note only. I don’t want either I just want my money back. No mention of this when I purchased the items in store. Absolutely fuming!! 😡

I’m sorry to hear you’re feeling frustrated. We genuinely value your support of our store, and it’s never our intention for a clients to leave feeling this way.
As an independent boutique, our policy is to offer an exchange or credit note for in-store purchases unless the item is faulty. This is displayed at the bottom of all receipts but I'm sorry if this wasn't clear during your visit.
While we can’t offer a cash refund for a change of mind, our credit note does not expire, and we'd love to help you find something suitable.

Nice shop terrible returns policy
Their returns policy is bonkers - return within 7 days for store credit. No refunds at all! Obviously no mention of this when I purchased. Seems very out of step with other shops - I was just trying to return a Christmas present. Not great!

For items purchased in store during the Xmas season, we have an extended returns period in place until January 7th for an exchange or store credit, which does not have an expiry date.
