Visited the new store today with my son, who hates shopping and most people.. He browsed and actually spoke to the staff which is testament to how nice a vibe they help to create. Well done for creating calm in a time of chaos! Loved our little chat and my Mr Maria smiley light x

Went to visit the new store in Meadowhall and I was very impressed, visually the store is really thought out and the visual merchandising is great. The staff are super approachable and friendly.

I used their sneaker cleaning service. Couldn't recommend them any more highly. They collected my trainers, dropped them off, and made them look brand new.

The trainer-cleaning service they offer is poor. I was told over the phone that all the marks had come out of the trainers and that I would be happy with the results, which couldn’t be further from the truth. They returned the trainers with stains still on them, which I complained about. I was then told they would be picked back up for another clean, but I’ve now been waiting around three weeks with my messages being ignored. Safe to say I will not be using their services again 🤣.

Ordered an item online but turns out they didn’t have it in stock, despite payment being made and stating they had 1 in stock. In fairness, I was notified within a couple of hours of payment and refund processed, however, If you are super keen to secure an item and it’s popular, maybe try a store with more reliable stock indicators.

Although we recieved the wrong size originally, this was sortex out quickly and i sent the item back without cost and recieved the correct size quickly. Very pleased with the purchase

Since the store opened in Sheffield it's become a regular drop in for something different with plenty of great top quality brands in store. It has also become a firm favourite for my teenage son. The staff in the store are always great and very helpful, making every visit a pleasure.

Welcome this great shop in to Sheffield, bought two Fred Perry polo shirts, after great advice and service from assistant, well worth a visit.

Fab shop. Nb not just for men, there's womenswear upstairs, mainly Carhaart, but some other brands too. Very helpful staff.
