Chain needed to be replaced as it was tarnished and the company did this promptly but more care needed.

My daughter loved her gift but the bracelet has broken after a few weeks unfortunately 😕

I am a returning customer to The Crystal Company, so that kind of says a lot. Their crystals are amazing, such beautiful quality, and so well packaged with often a personal touch, like a hand written card, beautiful smelling incense sticks, and I even got an extra bonus crystal for my pocket.

Fantastic customer care, beautiful crystals/stones. Alex and Terry are absolutely amazing, I inquired about if my package had shipped as I had yet to receive a tracking number, but alas no tracking on the shipping option, and not sure which of Alex or Terry assured me that it was on the way on June 10, and it arrived to me June 24, packed beautifully, stones arrived safe, wrapped, and packed in enough packing materials to survive anything!

I cannot sing the praises of The Crystal Company enough. This is a company that you can tell really cares about what they are selling, and their customers too. I purchased a pair of earrings and a bracelet from the company. They arrived quickly, absolutely beautifully packaged to the point I was convinced I'd paid the wrong price. Beautiful boxes ideal for gifting and the incense stick in the package smelled amazing.

I then had a slight issue with my bracelet and this is where they really went the extra mile. I got a personalised response back incredibly quickly and they sent a new item out straightaway - complete with beautiful package and incense stick again.

The good vibes that I get from this company are next level and I've been singing their praises to everybody I can. Thank you so much. You've got a customer for life now!

Excellent service. My crystals arrived beautifully wrapped with little cards explaining about each one, I'm new to crystals so this helps alot. They arrived quickly too and the crystals themselves are all excellent quality. I would definitely recommend The Crystal Company and will definitely buy from them again.
