I have been buying from the crystal company for years now I have never been disappointed. Alex and Terry provide such amazing service and go above and beyond to bring such special and unique crystals. The website is fantastic and includes an in depth crystal index and blog. delivery is always super fast and everything is packed beautifully and securely.

One of the most genuine businesses I have come across. From becoming a customer to becoming a friend, to feeling like family, Alex and Terry always deliver the best customer service. As a result of a their business, I have been able to create a crystal collection I could have only dreamed of. Some of the kindest people I have ever met!

Just came off a Crystal Company surprise live sale, where of course, I added to my Crystal collection!

I have been buying from the Crystal Company for a few years now. I have seen them grow and become a beautiful successful family run business. And along side that, they have a loyal and supportive community around them, who they go above and beyond for!!

I have full trust with any intuitive picked crystals. They take pride in having the best quality and for a good price. Alex and Terry also hand pick a lot of their stock from crystal/gem shows, they always find the best and unique crystals and fossils! Highly recommend their Christmas advent calendar! I have brought it 2 years in a row!

I’ve been buying crystals from this shop for a good few years now and have a very big place in my heart for Alex and Terry. They bring the most incredible personal touch , love and passion for what they do. Alex has been super kind and helpful sourcing me some really beautiful personal crystals for my collection too! I appreciate the stories , information about the crystals , the sourcing / localities and the connections they have with those who mine the crystals.
The website is super clear and easy to use and I love the loyalty point system. Live sales and engagement on social media is amazing ( but don’t get me started on the algorithm of Instagram lol! ). I’ve also found they answer really quickly if I do ever have questions.
I saw a really bizarre review below about Terry mentioning the use of klarna on the live sales - from my experience this has been after someone has enquired about payment plans , lots of companies offer klarna and clear pay so I’m not sure what the persons review is based on as it just does not align with my own experience, equally in the live sales both Alex and Terry made very clear no swaps or put backs - so to claim only what you can afford, if someone is claiming above their means I would say this is a personal issue and not a reflection of the company….
Anyway , 100% recommend. Lovely company with lovely morals and a fantastic community :)

I have been buying my crystals from this shop for a few years now and you will never be disappointed! The crystals are top quality, and Alex and Terry always tries to get you the best prices when they source their crystals. They are very transparent and talks about where their crystals are mined from, and even the name of the actual mine if they know it. I have full confidence when buying from this shop. And oh, forgot to mention their packaging is like an experience on itself. The crystals are carefully packaged in a beautifully scented box, so when you open it the scent is amazing! Both Alex and Terry are amazing people and work incredibly hard at giving you not just amazing crystals, but also top customer service!

I ordered a variety of beautiful crystals and I wasn’t disappointed. First the packaging - very beautiful and all recyclable, including the outer box. Upon opening, I was greeted with a lovely smell and upon decanting the contents I found it was due to the incense stick. Each of my crystals came in a natural bag unlike many places where they are nylon mesh. I’m in love with all crystals I received and it was a great delight not only my eyes, but my sense of smell and also the fact that everything was organically package, and ethically sourced just ticked all the boxes for me. Beautiful! Would thoroughly recommend and will not hesitate to order again in the future. Thank you.
