I received my first order from the Crystal Company last week and I was delighted. Lovely crystals and very well packaged with a couple of extra nice surprises, including some very useful little cards telling you all about the crystals you've bought. Very polite correspondence too.

Amazing experience. I placed an order for the first time via the website and the order arrived promptly. Opening the boxes was such a treat! Your instantly treated with a lovely scent in the box and the presentation is beautiful. I have ordered again since and will continue.

The stones are always high quality but the beautiful way they are packaged makes receiving them like a really special gift even when buying for myself Having a daughter who has everything not knowing what to buy for her birthday I got her some large crystals. She was delighted as not only was it an unusual gift but she said it’s something she never would have thought of buying for herself but she loved them Who doesn’t like crystals.

This was my first order from The Crystal Company and I was so so happy when I opened it. I ordered a necklace, a crystal and some incense and everything arrived in good time, was well packaged and smelt amazing. I felt like maybe they’d used some kind of essential oils or scent when packaging everything up and it made opening my parcel feel really special. A lovely little touch which I loved.
