I ordered a variety of beautiful crystals and I wasn’t disappointed. First the packaging - very beautiful and all recyclable, including the outer box. Upon opening, I was greeted with a lovely smell and upon decanting the contents I found it was due to the incense stick. Each of my crystals came in a natural bag unlike many places where they are nylon mesh. I’m in love with all crystals I received and it was a great delight not only my eyes, but my sense of smell and also the fact that everything was organically package, and ethically sourced just ticked all the boxes for me. Beautiful! Would thoroughly recommend and will not hesitate to order again in the future. Thank you.

I have to say this is one of the best Crystal sites I have ever come across.
So much variety, website is so easy to navigate. Fast delivery & the packaging is fantastic everything completely protected. & the finishing touches were most definitely a lovely surprise. This is now my go to website. My daughter's age 13 & twins age 10 are now asking for their own crystals & stones like Mums. I highly recommend it to all Crystal loving fans, this is the place you will find what you are looking for & more!

Ordered 2 of the candles with the stones included. It was very messy trying to pry the crystals out of the set wax. Not great as the presentation was awful and it was embarrassing to gift a candle that didn't look new. Wouldn't order from this company again. Not very helpful.

Also being called 'mate' in the email correspondence isn't professional.

Every pair of earrings from this brand is a work of art. They're the perfect accessory to elevate any outfit. I'm a dedicated fan of these earrings.

Candles are huge and smell divine! Such good value as are the wax melts which are chunky and full of fragrance - my whole house smells amazing! Will deffo buy again

It probably sounds over the top but I was honestly blown away by my recent order from The Crystal Company. Everything was beautifully packaged and presented and it just felt like a really nice experience opening everything. Nothing is ever too much or a bother for them and they will always help you in any way they can whether it’s a question about a particular crystal or sending you videos to help you to choose.

The website is full of beautifully photographed crystals - photos are all detailed allowing you to get a very informed idea of each crystal when choosing which to buy and these are accompanied by a wealth of information on each the crystals.

Shipping is quick and always packaged beautifully.
