Not very impressed at all. They take an age, compared to other couriers. The tracking is completely shambolic, updating on every thing that happens to your parcel (14 steps in 3 days, none of which informs you as to when you can expect your parcel.) A seller on Amazon has taken to using this company on all their orders. Regrettably, I will no longer be buying from that seller !

Totally failed to follow explicit delivery instructions
Totally failed to follow explicit delivery instructions for my Amazon delivery fulfilled by The Delivery Group. Three packages were left outside the front door to our enclosed porch instead of inside the porch. The front door bell was not pressed so I had no knowledge of the delivery. The packages were in full view of passers by and could have easily been stolen!

Useless
My order left the courier facility on 3rd July. Since the 5th it’s been delayed in transit with no update, apology or solution.

My order worth over £90 has gone missing and impossible to track, as the number DG gives you before handing it to Royal Mail does not work with RM tracking.Royal mail were not helpful either

Tough competition for Evri
The delivery group might actually offer evri some competition for the worst couriers in the country.
I have had a number of packages sent to me using the delivery group. All attempted to deliver to addresses in a variety of cities, none of which matched my address. And then returned to the sender.
Why even bother? I could have saved everyone the trouble and just have asked for the packages to be thrown in the trash.

Lucy and Abbi were very attentive throughout the account setup, and are always a phone call away whenever we have questions (which happens a lot!). I have been using TDG for deliveries for my business for a few months now, and they have been an absolute breath of fresh air compared to any other courier service I have previously used. The Delivery Group are exceptional when it comes to providing the information needed for a particular service to send out certain mailings. Ben Thompson very helpful when it comes to advising on services to use, information needed to meet client expectations and schedules. To me they are the best DSA company when it comes to how they help customers needs and questions answered quickly & efficiently and don't leave you hanging. Supplies of consumables never an issue and always there to help if you need anything urgently to be able to mailout at short notice. Great company to work with and helpful team.

Efficient service, great comms
We use the Delivery Group for our bulk mailing and quarterly subscription send outs. They are diligent, responsive and have very strong account management, which is refreshing in 2026. Would recommend.
