The spray I bought to stop my dog peeing everywhere doesn’t work!

I have been using scoot solution for my cocker spaniel for some time. Weve had no more trips to the vet for anal gland treatment.

i do not think that this spray is providing anything relevant to my dog. it does not stop him from marking.

Good, prompt service. Immunity skin support chews purchased on behalf of a friend who's dog has skin irritation. She had been given some to try and felt they were helping, so wanted to continue the treatment.

Tummy Settler/tonic is the best product I've used. I have a Romanian rescue who's come with a multitude of health issues, worse one is gastrointestinal.
I give him the settler when he frantically eats grass or vomits & he's right as rain half an hour after. You can literally see the discomfort leave his eyes. Nothing I've tried works as well as this brand. Long may it continue!!

I ordered the anti chew spray and urine stopper spray, both did an excellent job and solved the problem. The service I received was also very good.

However successful Charge back from visa, full amount refunded.

No resolution, no goods, no update, no refund.
Order placed and charged on 25th Feb.
At this point, I’m starting to question whether this company even exists.
A chargeback has been issued, which will result in additional fees for the merchant—likely costing them more than the original charge.


Hello Everyone,
We placed an order for several items to be delivered to Ireland on February 25th. However, nothing ever arrived. After requesting a refund, we were told the order had been "refused." This is not true— we have a CCTV system, and according to the online tracking information, it advised it was a refusal. It did not arrive to us, so how can we refuse it? Plus, why would we when we ordered it. We sought location, etc from customer service.
We suspect the package was not sent to the correct address, even though I provided the correct details, including a contact number. To be honest, the customer service team has been less than helpful, and we are now in the process of issuing a chargeback due to their failure to address the situation properly. Their response has been nothing short of incompetent.

Update 20th April 2025: Customer services were in contact to advise the above Trustpilot review was incorrect (which is untrue) and to asked if we gave the correct address. As we all know, Apple Pay has a default address for all online ordering and auto-populates the addresses. Again, the incompetent customer care is more inclined to blame the customer and find fault. Rather than investigate their end. E.g., dispatch address printed on label. Shipping company used. All shipping/scanned locations.

Message to Customer Care: Stop Digging

I love this product it works well on my dogs ,this is my second lot ,like to have some in the cupboard ready .i would say if your dog has an upset stomach try it ,

Coprophagia
The Dog Doctors site is very useful but unfortunately the tablets recommended for my dog's coprophagia have not stopped the problem. I have been administering them for approx 10 days so hopefully there is still time as Dog Doctors say 2 weeks.

My springer spaniel pup, Edith, decided eating my flat coated retriever, Hattie’s, poop was a grand new daily game … an amuse bouche with a difference

Monitoring her and introducing Dog Doctors’ Coprophagia chews took a while to work.

Even better, I had a brain wave and started giving them to both dogs; whilst the pup sniffs the poop she doesn’t always eat it unless she knows I am watching and then makes it a chase game!

So overall I would say some success and worth using 💩💩

Been using the dog doctors for many years now with their huge variety of remedies. Whether it’s medicine for an upset tummy or spray to help calm them when it’s bonfire time, they have it all! I find their products to be safe, reliable and effective. I highly recommend them. Thank you dog doctors!

We are a repeat customer who received the wrong product due to a barcode error at the warehouse. When I emailed them to let them know ( 5pm Fri night) they sent a replacement product within 12 hours (impressive, yes). However, as they were not aware of the barcode error at that point, we received the wrong product again.

I emailed them again on a sat afternoon and they replied on a Sunday morning to apologise and ensured the correct product would be with us first thing Tuesday morning at it arrived at 09:10.

Amazing customer service, that was impressive and very responsive.

Product good as well, allergy aid keeps my dog’s allergies at bay, when all else failed.
