We do, however, appreciate your comments regarding the communication around the scaffolding and battery placement. The information agreed during the sales and survey process should flow seamlessly through to everyone involved in the installation, and we’re sorry this wasn’t as smooth as it should have been. We also completely understand that having the scaffolding in place for 11 days was less than ideal. Your feedback is genuinely useful and something we can take back to the team to improve our internal communication and coordination.
