Ordered a rose box last minute as a surprise for my missus. It arrived on time, roses were very good quality and packaged very well. Would order again.

Ordered again for Valentine's Day. Ordered the night before and got the beautiful, preserved roses the next day which was a Saturday just in time for the vday date night. Would highly recommend.

When my product arrived the label was crooked and text was incorrect. It was for a 70th and they put the number 50 in it.
The flowers in the vase look like a kmart bunch and fall off constantly.
They said this gives it its natural look 😳
They sent a new sticker label with instructions on how to apply. For $200 this should not happen. Don’t recommend buying the gift box either as it is only for the vase and the flowers are left out of it (kind of defeats the purpose of a gift box)
Would not recommend the product at all.

I ordered a personalised glass vase with pink peonies for my best friend’s engagement and it turned out absolutely stunning. The flowers looked beautiful and smelled amazing. The vase felt heavy and really well made, such great quality. My bestie loved it, especially the personalisation with her and her fiancé’s names on it. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Thank you for such a lovely gift!

I ordered a birthday present for my daughter, she received someone's Christmas present. Then when she received her birthday present it was nothing like the picture. When I emailed them saying I wasn't happy they sent me a video on how to arrange the flowers myself. For $160 I shouldn't have to arrange them. They just look like a $7 bunch from kmart shoved in a vase with a lable. Very disappointing. They arnt even the same colour as the ones on the advertisement. They did offer a refund but once again my daughter would have to do the running around of sending them back. I just think for $160 what you show on you website is what you recieve.

The delivery time is extremely slow. Outside what is stated on their website. I wont order again, I will stick to my current supplier, Mr Roses, they are fantastic, deliver on time and great quality roses. Also $100 cheaper than this company. Disappointing when ordering for an event within their delivery time.

Bought two personalised glass vases for my girlfriend and grandma. They both loved the gift as the flowers were gorgeous and the quality of the glassware was exceptional. I usually only buy gifts with meaning, hence this was the perfect keepsake gift for the ladies closest to my heart.
