Really dissapointed with the service.
Having ordered a pair of earings, they arrived and were too small. The 30 day money back guarantee is limited to earrings unopened from the tiny plastic bag. I spoke with a customer service representative who told me that there was a sticker on the bag that said return void if opened although I do not recall it being on there. She then stated all orders are filmed. I do not recommend this company. The items are in brand new however the money back guarantee does not cover their return. Buyer beware exactly what you are buying and be very careful when it arrives to inspect in detail (while in the plastic - sealed with a staple, bag).

The choice of jewellery made was, unfortunately disappointing as the picture on the website did not correspond to the actual jewels.

However, the package arrived in very good time, the people I spoke to were helpful and kind and there was no quibble when I spoke of my disappointment. A refund was paid in good time, with no problem.

Altogether I can recommend the Company for it's promptness and good service, if not for the clarity of it's website!

I have been buying my jewellery from the company since 2019, all the pieces I have are of a high quality, and just recently one of my gold hoops the earpeace broke that I’ve had for 4and half years and the company offered me the same pair for half price, they were £395, so I paid £197.50, I don’t know any other jewellers that would offer this, 5 stars
