Used First Mile for a few years now. Amazing value for money. An enjoyable service compared to my previous refuse collector which was the City Council. You put the sacks out on your weekly allocated time each week and you are not forced to use one each week. Which is excellent for a small business like myself as I don’t use large amounts of refuse. Recommended to many other businesses I know.

First Mile use our food waste for good. We are very grateful for the reliable service which First Mile provides collecting our Food Waste on a weekly basis. As a weekly food project, our relationship with First Mile is key and we would not be able to provide our service for the local community without their partnership

We have used First Mile for years and they have taken all of the hassle out of our refuse collection. Their system is very straightforward: you buy bags from them and the cost of the bags includes collection. The driver who does the collections is 10 out 10. He is very friendly and if we've forgotten to put our bags out he gives us a knock to ask if we have anything to go. They also deal with our confidential waste and recently we needed to dispose of old computers and they dealt with everything for us. Highly recommended.
