Pick up with no problems

Website was easy to use payment easy and price very competitive. Hippo bag was collected on the due date with no hassle by a nice driver and the whole process is much easier and cheaper than hiring a skip so thank you Hippo Bags. This is the 4th Hippo we have had and they have all been very useful

I had a very positive experience with Hippo. The booking process was easy and the collection of my hippo skip was faultless. Delivery of a new hippo bag was very quick and l am very happy using their services.

I heard about Hippo from a friend and thought I would give it a go, especially as I don’t have a local waste site that I can take rubbish. Easy to order the bag and received it the next day. Put household and garden waste in the bag. More than I thought I could get in the Midi bag. Went online to book the pickup and within two days the bag was collected. Brilliant service.

Great service, the hipposkip held everything we needed it too, was convenient to store rolled up till we needed it. The company collected it within the five days as they said, quickly, quietly, and efficiently. The hippo bags may not hold as much weight-load as a traditional skip, but I are much more handy in confined spaces as they can lift them out over small walls and places a normal skip could not be delivered to. Overall, a great service and product.

The service was great. Called on Tuesday for a pick up and it was gone friday morning. Thank you. Would recommend using hippo bags, a lot cleaner and easier than a skip.

It’s just the ease of it all, much better than a regular skip. I had the largest bag, booked the collection and picked up the next day, all done.

Pick up was carried out while I was shopping. Quickly, quiet and proficiently, that's why I use them and will continue to use them.

Bag was delivered within 24 hours and collected within 2 days of booking it. The booking process was simple and collection was efficient.

Very poor customer service.

Bag itself is falsely advertised says it takes weight of ford focus . And takes whole bathroom refit. NOT A CHANCE .

AS for company themselves.
STAY CLEAR they give you collection date we waited in all day as needed to unlock gate which we stated on collection form. Late afternoon no collection so tried ring no answer Emailed and got response back saying vehicle had broken down. And couldn't tell me when can rebook. Then few days later I got emailed another collection date .that day passed and was told that the driver couldn't find bag to collect. I told them that we have CCTV and that no one had been anywhere by my house .when I challenged them they said had photo proof off driver.i asked to be sent it .I was sent a Google image of rear of property .
We eventually got through to them again and was fobbed off with another excuse .and was guaranteed it would be collected next day

7am it was eventually picked up .and the Noise they made woke whole street up.
Wished we had paid for a skip. Would of got rid of more waste and more reliable than HIPPO waste bag very expensive lesson learnt

Can't fault, mega bag delivered quickly, plenty big enough for what was needed. Collected in a timely manner. Would definitely use again
