Never heard of them but somehow managed to take a subscription payment? How on earth have they done that? Now want to charge £35 a month for something I’ve never signed up to?

I have never heard or used this company but they have tried to take a payment scam scam scam

Very difficult to cancel I would damn near say it was like dealing with scammers from Indian in regards tocancellation

Mijn werkgever had de moeite genomen om een gluten-/lactosevrije box te bestellen, week te laat, maar tot mijn verbijstering zaten er tomatensnacks, boordevol gluten en zilveruitjes met melkpoeder in . Had doodziek kunnen worden, staat nog steeds op de website overigens, geen foutje

This review is only about billing. Pure scam. I get charge 5time more. I only sign up for one month & get charged over 90€ every 2 weeks. No one working in accounting.
Stay away!

Good selection of fitness goodies I bought for my crossfitter wife. Excellent gift for someone who is into their fitness and wants to try a selection of products from different suppliers and makers.

While the box and products are great, the customer service is a bit inconsistent and sketchy. They sent me an email with an order confirmation and two days later I went back to confirm the dollar amount to make sure it matches what was charged to my card and the email didn't exist. I thought maybe I accidentally deleted it. Then the same thing happened with the shipment confirmation. I got the email with the tracking information and I checked it regularly to know when I should expect my package and the email disappeared. I don't think it's just a coincidence. I'm starting to think they are retracting emails in case the order doesn't come through and then the customer is left without evidence that they purchased anything at all.

Loved my subscription box from The Fit-Box, loads of goodies every month which I really enjoyed trying. I would recommend this box to anyone that works out.

Been using the fitbox now for over a year and absolutely loved it always looked forward to seeing what new products I got will definitely be subscribing again after my wedding lol

Box contents seem ok but I thought there would be copy of the men’s health mag in there. Can’t make an honest review until seen more of the boxes

My first fit box arrive around the 15th that I was happy with. Fast delivery. I am enjoying the products. And look forward to trying more.

The box was full of nutrition all of which went down well my only gripe was there was too many bars for me everything else just right

Loads of products in box - would like to have seen more fitness and less food stuff

Box not received for 1st order - not a great first impression but the team at The Fit-Box were really helpful in explaining what had happened and were very honest and willing to resolve the problem.
Looking forward to my next box!
