Unable to reach anyone to answer questions on returns. I have requested a return label for the mini flightwall several times but no response. Very frustrating.

Ok so connecting to home WiFi was not as straightforward as thought but I was still ready to go within 10 mins. Being super critical, more display options and the ability to focus on a specific airport as well as individual flights would be nice too. That said, this is a really well designed and manufactured bit of kit that's an absolute must for anyone interested in aviation and I'd definitely recommend.

Really pleased with the Flightwall. It was straightforward to install, feels well made and has made a noticeable difference to the room. It keeps the area looking much tidier by hiding cables and mounting everything neatly, while still allowing good airflow. The quality is excellent and it feels like a product that's been designed properly rather than being an afterthought. Delivery was quick, everything arrived well packaged, and the instructions were easy to follow. I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, professional-looking installation.

The perfect gift for any avgeek. I’m in the Uk and using their international shipping there is no import tax and the plug socket is suitable for UK. I bought two, so also got a discount.

Arrived within a few days and literally took 10 minutes to download app and set up my settings.

Can save different areas so if you get bored with one airport, moved to another.

I first saw the flight wall on face book through my doom scrolling late night sessions - because it had a lot of American reviews at the time I was unsure how it would work in the UK. I took the plunge and bought it. It arrived a couple of weeks later which I was surprised as overseas delivery takes for ever in the UK
The box arrived I was so excited -down load the app plug it in and configure how you want your display - and oh my days when it lights up it looks awesome. I absolutely loved …… in fact I liked it sooo much I got myself another one and when the big ones become available in the uk I will be getting one.
I’m really looking forward to see what these guys come with next.
If you are even remotely interested in Aviation it’s a must have- just think you do t have to go on flight radar to see what’s flying over!

Absolutely thrilled with my Flightwall. Easy to get going and highly addictive!

It’s a product that deserves more work, work that can be done somehow easily.
The good: compact and blends with any decor.
It’s fun to track what’s flaying over you or any area you fancy.
App easy to navigate.
The bad: sometimes it takes long to load new configurations and when checking airport movements sometimes it takes too long to show the aircraft.
Costumer needs to understand it’s a novelty that it is still in the works and I hope little issues will be ironed out in time, hopefully sooner than later.

I use it for work to keep me updated on whichever aircraft I’m gong to be working on.

Unfortunately is not showing the tail numbers I need to keep track of. But good enough to keep track the airport or flight numbers.

Absolutely love it, i watch my flight wall more than i do my telly. Well made, easy set up, looks great.

I’d seen a few people on FB asking where their FlightWall was, and so I was slightly hesitant in ordering one of these items. I needn’t have worried. Along came an offer that I couldn’t refuse and so I put my order in. I often order vinyl from the States so it’s no big deal if it takes maybe three to for weeks to reach the UK. So I was surprised when the FlightWall turned up in just over a week. Hey it’s taken longer than that for a parcel to arrive from another part of the UK! Anyway, I waited for a quiet moment…2 minutes later I set up the FlightWall via t’internet, downloaded the app and away we go! Easey peasey set up. People often ask why bother with the FlightWall when you can easily open up many an app to look for flights on your mobile. Well I don’t want to have to open an app, navigate to the main flight page, bypassing umpteen requests and statements before finally getting there. Now I can hear an aircraft passing over and just look at the wall. Terrific! Hey I’m 69 and love my gadgets, this is a great gadget! Thanks guys! Love the idea, love the FlightWall! I ordered the item and I absolutely love it. I have family members who fly for a living so I either use it to track their individual flights (it tells me exactly where they are at all times) when nobody is in the air I use it to tell me what is flying immediately around my house, I was quite surprised by how regularly things fly over. Easy to use, great fun, I’d love to have a whole wall of them!

We love our Flightwall. Great addition to the kitchen wall. We can see it from the garden too as it’s so clear. Was easy to install and configure. Highly recommended.

Loving my Flightwall! Been a longtime AV geek, so I’m excited to have this to nerd out on planes. I love that I can choose a coverage area anywhere in the world, not just over my area; and the individual flight tracker is fun to track loved ones’s flights.

My initial review wasn't that supportive due to several issues with the device.
However, one of the things I judge a company by is their ability to take feedback and respond - and these guys have done just that.
So, after recieving an update and a detailed bit of assistance, the Flightwall mini is working exactly as advertised.
I bought this product as a means for my family to be able to track my flights when I'm away - and for the most part, they now can!
There's issues with some flights originating out of China, but that can't be put down to anything within the control of these guys.
When it's not tracking me, it's picking up the traffic overhead. It's pretty captivating to see all the different flights and airplanes overhead and even the kids are enjoying it.
Setup is easy and minimal - the biggest thing you may have to do is split your WiFi signal to get access to the 2.4 band.
Other than that - its great!

Customer service abysmal - no replies to my 2 mails and product sitting in Holland for a week ... after traveling through Baix in the south of France ! So no product either ! Still waiting...
Despite this I did receive the automatic mail asking how I found the product...

It’s been 3+ weeks since my Flight Wall arrived & support has been non-existent. Wall arrived fine but I had connectivity issues so sent an email on 18/6. Received a message on 23/6 asking for the device ID - why don’t they have a record of this against my email order? It’s now 2/7 & I’ve had no further contact. I’ve sent multiple messages asking for help & there is no response. Clearly there is no support so I’ll be returning this device immediately.
