Already a week of mailing back and…
Already a week of mailing back and forth to figure out what is the shipping country of origin. Wanted to know if extra customs and duties will come on top. No clear answer yet. They seem not willing to answer this question. Horrible experience. Will look at alternatives now.

Zero support- Chinese mass produced product that doesnt work.
Came from china for starters - stopped working after a few hours. Contacted support a week ago and havent had a reply. Really great idea but shoddily done. Returning mine once they actually respond. I dont usually write reviews - but this has annoyed me so much that i have been forced to. I wouldnt have minded if they responded to my emails and reports, but it has been radio silence.

Great Product Bit Misleading On Origin
Great Product. Got this as a fathers day present this year and it actually stands up to what it says it does.
Minus point for forgetting to mention it's made and shipped from china - I've literally got the tracking receipts to prove that.
Had some false data but that was down to me not setting it up right so if you do then their website has some useful hints and tips to address that and they actually work so well done on that.
Honestly it makes a great gift for any #AVGeek . I saw it advertised on Instagram and was actually going to purchase it until the wife did the dance of "you can't but I also can't tell you why".
View it as your very own, way better imho, version of flight radar 24 that you can display in a live environment. Actually looks pretty boss as well tbh

For international shipping this is not bad at all!
The flight wall itself is still being set up, but at first glance looks quite as promised.
