Great service from Jess at The Floor Room
Visited the Floor Room in Southampton yesterday to look at carpets for my new flat and would like to say how impressed I was with both the store and the customer service, especially Jess who had an impressive depth of knowledge about the products and patiently answered all my questions without any pressure to buy. I called in the shop to enquire about having a new floor installed in my home, next day a charming gentleman rang me to let me know the approximate time he’d arrive, immediately informed me as to what could be done and what couldn’t. He took measurements, then told me how much it will cost me. That quick and efficient. Extremely professional and speedy.

Fantastic customer experience
As soon as I was walking round I was greeted by this pleasant lady called Chloe. She had a lovely soft welcoming spirit about her. She asked me what it was I was looking for then when into explain in details what was available including all the offers that in store. She could not have been more helpful and informative. Sale and Measure
Was out shopping for curtains the a couple of days ago when I noticed a sale on in the flooring section so went over to have a look and the gentlemen there explained the spend and save sale to me and booked me in for a measure as have been thinking about getting the bedroom a new carpet for years now. Friendly service helpful info
Went into the store Tuesday was greeted upon arrival and asked if what rooms I was thinking of doing. The man working was very helpful in pointing me out the carpets that work best for stairs and gave me some sample to take home and getting someone out to come measure next week.
