If you want damaged flowers late from a company that don’t answer the phone. Message spelled wrong, flowers in bits at top prices. Your better off walking to Dunnes than this place can’t even get flowers right.

The flowers were a day late
The flowers were a day late. Nobody contacted me to say they wouldn't be on time. I contacted then to see where they were and they blamed the courier. I requested a refund and it was denied. I will never use this company again. UPDATE - as requested by Ellen below I contacted them to resolve. They did nothing for me. Avoid this company.

I've ordered from the Flower Factory a few times. Every time the flowers are gorgeous and are delivered on time. I love the little extras you can add like bottles of prosecco, chocolates or balloons.
