I purchased a pair of glasses for my son and on a hot day, the lenses developed tiny cracks all over them and they are blurry and can’t be used any longer. I tried to email the company and they refused to replace them, but instead offered me another pair for $80 and told me not to leave the glasses in the car. No thanks. I’ll just take my loss, never shop with them again, and buy a new pair from somewhere else.

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered glasses with extra anti scratch coating for $39.00. They might just label that charge "extra profit". There is no warranty, except the 60 day warranty. I tried to return my glasses because the anti scratch coating started deteriorating almost immediately. After several months, the glasses were so scratched, I returned to wearing my 8 year old glasses because the scratches on these distorted so badly, I could hardly see through them.
The Framery offered 25% off on replacement lenses, but that is totally unsatisfactory. They may be less expensive than other online stores, but their warranty, customer service and overall quality are awful. This company is a total rip off and I strongly recommend avoiding them.

Of course I was skeptical at first because I have progressive lenses but my wife convinced me as she bought 3 pairs from theframery co and has had no problems. Well I purchased my first pair and I will definitely be ordering more glasses from them. The people involved in helping me were super nice and very helpful. The glasses fit perfectly right out of the box. Thank you very much to the company for saving me money on my eyewear and making buying eyeglasses online easy.

AVOID THIS MERCHANT. If you have issues, or need to return your glasses, this merchant says they issue a refund, but both my bank and PayPal says they have not. They hold your funds and elongate the refund and say it may take up to 30 days, AFTER you return items to get your money -- which they blame on PayPal. No -- they have set up their return process to keep your money longer. What a scam.

Packaging was good, note was wholesome. Frame is nice as well.
