Please refund glasses but happy with contact lenses

Hello, I have ordered contact lenses and glasses from you guys on more than one occasion. I have been happy with all of my contact lens orders but not the glasses.

I recently ordered a pair of glasses and then upgraded to a better lens. Those never arrived. I did receive the first pair which are not my size, not the matte frames I ordered, and I don’t think have the upgraded lenses. I asked for a refund for the wrong pair and received it but I never received the other upgraded ones and have since got an updated prescription from an optometrist.

I am sending the glasses back and am requesting a refund. I plan to continue to order contact lenses with my updated prescription. Thank you in advance.

Great Glasses and Great Service

Wonderful experience ordering glasses from The Framery. Customer service was exceptional, the ordering process was easy and the selection of frames was outstanding. My glasses arrived quickly and everything was accurate with the fit being perfect for me.
My prescription includes progressive lenses and the placement was spot on.
I will definitely be ordering again.

I had a great experience with The Framery. Their customer service is incredibly efficient, attentive, and genuinely focused on helping customers….

I ordered a frame to try on, but unfortunately it wasn’t the right fit for my face shape. When I decided to exchange it for a different frame, the entire process was smooth, simple, and stress-free. The team was extremely helpful throughout the process and made everything much easier than I expected.

Loved the free shipping

Loved the free shipping. It came in 3 days time from when I placed order. Very caring customer service that guided me with my order. Love the contacts and love the beautiful frames that you have.

Great glasses for a great price

I received my glasses quickly, the ordering process was quick and easy, they were perfect. I like them a lot and will buy my next pair of glasses at The Framery. I got my contacts at 1-800 contacts too and that was also fast and easy.
