I contacted three other retailers for a…

I contacted three other retailers for a particular model and all three said the manufacturer (who would despatch it) couldn't fulfil the order till the new year. One call to Matt and everything was sorted with free delivery the next DAY. I genuinely could not be happier with the service.

I ordered it, they sent it when they said they would.
3 stars because that’s the minimum and maximum I asked for.

This is unacceptable. Once the issue was brought to our attention, a replacement item was dispatched immediately.
