Poor customer service
This company purports to be a Canadian company but all of my dealings so far indicate that this is more likely a company, perhaps founded by a Canadian, but with all of its operations located in the US. The kit was sent from the US and the instructions on how to return the kit for processing were geared to people living in the US; I had to contact them to clarify how someone living in Canada was supposed to return it. It was returned to them via Fedex express 2 weeks ago and their website still says it hasn't been delivered to the lab for processing. I have no idea whether it has been lost, or is simply sitting somewhere in their facility. Their website is entirely geared towards selling their product and once you have shelled out nearly $600 for the testing you are pretty much on your own. I wish I had done my due diligence before I engaged with this company, there are many negative reviews regarding their customer service.
