I wanted the blue ray bans, they weren’t in stock, but it didn’t tell me until after I paid, so I was asked to choose out of the three alternatives, I chose the black on transparen, they arrived and they don’t look as good, so 60odd quid down the drain, I haven’t had them lensed yet because I just don’t think they suit me so well. Gutted especially as I looked today and they are in stock.

It took over a month for the glasses to be delivered. Once delivered, I noticed the lenses were moving in the frame. I’ve emailed them twice now to ask what can be done about this. I’ve yet to receive a reply after several weeks. I would strongly suggest avoiding this company. Pay a bit extra elsewhere for improved quality and service.

Company has closed down. I returned 2x glasses which they received on 8th Jan, yet I am still waiting for my refund! No other option but to request chargeback via my bank.

Everything as advertised. I originally paid over £200 at Boots, so below half price frames

This company closed down on 31st December 2025. I ordered my prescription glasses and went to track my order and the site came up saying it was closed down. Got a full refund from Paypal. This is just to warn people as i didnt receive any communication so would never have known. Also they are still selling glasses!

Every time I ask for the edge of the glass to be polished it never is !!!
It is the finishing touches that make things perfect, very annoying.

I called the number on their website and there was a recorded voicemail saying they are closing down from Jan 1st 2026. Shame because the website seems to imply they have the frames and the transition lenses I want :-/ Another hint was that credit/debit card payment was not available (only Paypal). Otherwise I was ready to proceed.

The glasses I originally ordered were discontinued even though still showing on the website as available. I was offered free postage as a gesture of goodwill & a promise that I would receive these on 18 December in time for a holiday. Unfortunately they arrived 2 days after our departure.

Perfect job with my complicated prescription and my first pair of multiracial lenses in Oakley frames. All done excellently. Great communications and excellent customer service when one of the nose pads broke only a few months in they offered replacement frames or parts and I opted for parts and genuine frame specific pads supplied. Great experience

Brilliant comms, eager to help and quality product

Rang up to chase my order for a pair of Oakley framed purchased on 18th Dec only to find the company ceased trading 31st Dec 2025. I have been told that orders up 31st Dec are being honoured but I won't hold my breath.

This is my 2nd order over the years for new glasses since high street opticians want to charge me £300+ because of my prescription! I got a new pair of gorgeous designer glasses, with the lenses thinned within an inch of their life for less than £100. Not to mention any communication with this company has been super speedy, helpful and polite. I'll be back when I break this pair :D
