The Glow Fairy Opiniones

Very attentive customer service. Fast response resulting in a satisfied customer. Hope the product works as well as the customer service team!

This is my second purchase from Glow Fairy. The products are good and delivery is fast. Today I made an error in the order and emailed them immediately only to be given a prompt reply and correction on the same. Thanks Glow Fairy.

What can I say. This company went above and beyond! I won’t go into boring details, but I have never been more confident in a company to resolve an issue, resulting in a very happy customer in the end.

The customer service was great. I haven't had the opportunity to try the products because someone decided to take my delivery. But dealing with the customer service people went very well. Thank you very much for your help.

Customer service went above and beyond helping me. Product was easy to use.

What a great company. This has definitely been one of the best customer service experiences that I have had with an online purchase. I will absolutely be purchasing more and I can’t wait to try my new order!

I haven't had an opportunity to use the cream yet but I did have an issue and had to contact customer service. They were very pleasant, professional, and resolved my issue in a very timely manner! If the cream is as good as their customer service, I will definitely consider buying again.

It didn’t work with my skin but the Glow Fairy contacted me and said they will do a refund/return. I will update this review after the refund is issued.

Great customer service, quick response and very helpful! Beautiful variety of products that could work for both as gifts for friends or for yourself

Got the eye repair serum for dark circles and puffiness. Does absolutely nothing. If you check Amazon they have terrible ratings. Bought this from TGF directly. Wish I had done more investigating. All sales are final too! Sham. 🙄

The amazing products at affordable prices that deliver amazing results. I have tried a majority of Glow Fairys products and hands down the best. The customer support team are timely and do their best to provide the best customer outcome. Thank you always for being there.

I bought a set of Lift & Firm booty cream and the Glow Fairy stick....even if it's just a week from the time I started using them, you could see the difference! Talking about slowly reducing my butt fatty dimples from using the booty cream! Also, my hubby started noticing a firmness on my butt cheeks hahaha. The saggy 50+ yr old butt is slowly getting back to life! hahaha
Now the Glow wand: I love how handy and easy to use it can be! I can just leave it in my purse and bring it to travel! I currently use it for my hands, neck and chest. I love how it is not sticky and you could see how hydrated those body parts of mine! I can't wait for those hand dark spots to go away anytime soon!
Since this is my first time to order, I was skeptical to know whether the shipment will be coming or not due to the fact I saw the advertisement in Instagram. But when I emailed Lauryn, she assured me they are valid company and she even showed me where my shipment status is and how to track them down! She is very sweet and very understanding!

I had a great experience with customer support who reshipped a product for me after i was unable to collect it from the original address.

I love the product (instant eye repair). I was surprised how well it works. I also appreciate the prompt response to my questions. Keep up the good work.

I’m blown away with this cream. Someone recommended the inner thigh cream so having looked it up and noting that the price was very reasonable I decided to give it a try. Literally within about 2 weeks I noticed a difference in the crepey surface of my skin. It was much smoother but the biggest improvement was on the inside of my arms. It doesn’t suggest using it there but hey , I’ll try anything and I’m so glad I did. Normally I’m very sceptical about incredible claims from companies announcing their product can perform miracles but this cream although definitely not a miracle is damn close.
I recently had to contact customer service as I had mistakenly made the wrong payment. They responded within a couple of hours and problem solved straight away.
Well done Glow Fairy. Keep up the good work 😊

I had an excellent interaction with customer service. I forgot to enter my VIP code - which was totally on me - and they were quick to respond and even sent a refund within a few hours of the order. I've been beyond impressed with the products, but the customer service response put them over the top in my book.

My product did not show up and Lauryn was very helpful in instantly organising a replacement. So appreciated, thank you!

My package was short a couple of items and customer service was quick to resolve my issues !! Such a great company !!

My order never arrived.
I have been charged for the product and also indicated express delivery, 1 month has passed and I have not received anything.

I have been contacting the company attached the screenshot of my payment, but no response.

I believe it is a SPAM.

The duty and taxes into Canada are horrendous. This is the only out of Canada company that I order from that charges for this especially when the product itself is too much money. Won't be ordering again.
