great selection and taste to food, delivered on time and all the dishes taste great. Would be even better if you had more flexibility to customise meals and portions based on goals.

I ordered a few times from them and the food was good. Nothing extraordinary, but it helped me stay healthy during isolation times.
Recently I ended up being completely disappointed: my food didn't arrive and the tracking info says it has been in a dpd depot for 2 days, so it will probably be disposed or get to me all turned bad. In the meantime I tried to contact balance 3 times. Once they wrote me back they handled the situation very professionally, offering to make up for the inconvenience. I chose to support a growing company and give them another shot, as I think they deserve it based on their behaviour so far.
Overall this is a good combo of staying healthy & not cooking yourself.

I tried the vegan meals, although I am not totally vegan. Absolutely delicious food and wonderful customer service! :-)

When I emailed them with some doubts about the food quality, someone from their team immediately wrote back to me, addressing each of my doubts and giving me a free coupon to try their service for another week. Since there was also a problem with one of my deliveries, they refunded the cost of my first order.

This is, by far, THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever had! You can really feel how the team works really hard so that every customer has a great experience with the service. I WAS SO IMPRESSED!

Delicious meals! Massive variety! Really well contained and never any spillages. The meals come with ice pack coolers and everything is packed so neatly in the box. By far the best meal prep I’ve had!

Meat and fish is so much better when heated in the oven.. But then the greens dont need that much time.. So what i do is a 2-step heating process. First meat, then all together including greens (if the greens are not just a salad)
Breakfasts can improve in my opinion. Im gonna try another plan and then give you guys more feedback (recently tried thin and slim and if you dont workout is good. Also the amount of greens that you eat in every meal makes you feel good as well)

Food is extremely delicious better than I expected. Only downside is I think food packages not suitable for microwave.

I tried the Grow & Gain for two weeks and will not be repeating that mistake. Save your money.

For £150 a week, you sign up for:
- *Tiny* meals. Seriously, they are tiny. Nothing of the "grow and gain".
- Poor packaging in cheap single use plastic (even on the inside for sauces) that ends up being super oily and a mess to unpack and heat.
- Reheated food that is always dry. Microwave heating does a bad job, and pan heating defeats the purpose of signing up to such service in the first place.
- The food is "meal deal" quality, minus the deal part. Most lacked taste, salmon had very bitter taste, meats are dry, salads have little to no sauce.

Save your money and look elsewhere.

The food was not to a good standard, an uterine waste of money

Excellent food. Really tasty. The variety is there. It just makes life so much easier as I'm trying to keep the weight off during lockdown.

The 1-star is lost because I can't continue once my current order is finished. I have to stay home monday-friday as I work from home. I like to get away at weekends, but I now have to stay home to have the Sunday order.

Would be 5* if I could have a Monday delivery. I may have to risk the food being warm and asking DPD to change to "next day"

positives:
-the food tastes great, all of it! even when i look at the box dubiously, once i’ve tasted it it’s fantastic!
-quality of the food, omg it’s outstanding! fresh ingredients, you’re getting best of the best, it IS worth the money
-portion size & zero hunger! i’m on the diet plan, and not once have i felt peckish or needed to grab a snack, it’s shown me that i don’t need the quantity of food i had before if i eat the right foods that fill me up, doesn’t feel like a diet at all
-deliveries are on time, they send me an hour slot to let me know when to expect it and they have done exactly that
-packaging, all the packaging can be recycled, from the food box to the meal boxes and filler packaging, no leaks and all secure

negatives: NONE!! i literally feel energised, less sluggish, i’m eating way better than normal and i’ve lost a couple of lb in my first week, very happy customer!

They messed up my order and were going to send it a week early. I messaged them and it was quickly dealt with. Food was excellent, and portions were a perfect size. Will definitely order again and recommend to others.

I’ve not yet had confirmation my order of a week ago has been accepted. The review email is the first I’ve received

I had two broken boxes that I emailed pictures of and someone said they would send me replacements in my second delivery but that wasn’t done
