Rory did the a site visit in the height of summer and presented a number of options. A quote was provided and we bit the bullet understanding that there was going to be a wait to supply issues. However, much sooner than expected Ben contacted me to book an installation date.

Rory, Fred and Fin were punctual, polite, and organised. The installation was completed in a single day and was very tidy and finished to a high standard. I highly recommend The Great Indoors!

We certainly had the dream team who did the installation, Rory and Fred. These two are very professional and experienced in what they do. They are both true animals lovers as they made a fuss of our cat. They worked from the moment they arrived until they left, They even hoovered our neighbours driveway to remove the brick dust. Rory took his time explaining how to use the remote control which is straightforward to use.

The air conditioning unit instantly cooled the living room and we could not believe the transformation as we live in a new build which was terribly hot up until now,

Excellent experience having an air conditioning unit installed in our kitchen/living room and bedroom this week. From start to finish ben kept me fully informed throughout the whole process, which made everything feel straightforward and stress-free.

Despite supply shortages outside of their control, they pulled through with stock and kept to installation date. Rory and Freddie were excellent throughout very friendly, tidy, professional and knowledgeable and the results so far have been fantastic.

As a small growing business I wish th all the best and have recommended them to several friends and family members.

Communication was excellent throughout, the engineers arrived on time, were friendly, polite and very tidy, and took the time to explain everything before they left. The installation was completed to a high standard and has completely transformed my beauty salon – it's already so much more comfortable for both me and my clients. I had air-conditioning unit installed in my bedroom by The Great Indoors, they did a fantastic job, very knowledgeable, clean and tidy, extremely friendly, nothing was to much trouble, and pricing was very competitive, I have had my unit for a week now and wouldn't be without it. I would fully recommend them, and I would not hesitate using them again.

These guys have just fitted two air con units for me. I’m thrilled with the system it’s so cool in the house now, they were efficient and friendly. The left the house perfectly clean despite having to drill holes. All in all a great experience. If you need AC these are your guys.
