My first purchase with the grooming clinic. Firstly the package smells divine, a light spray of scent seems to have been used in the invoice. A really lovely extra touch. I asked for some advice on men’s eye creams and was promptly recommended two products. The product I purchased was dispatched promptly using Royal Mail and came really quickly! Excellent service as always from TGC. David Beckham House 99 products supplied within 24 hours of ordering. The shave stick is brilliant. I am converted. I am about to order a bottle of the cologne the packing came sprayed in as it’s beautiful, not sure why someone would think it’s hideous but I guess we all have an opinion. I stumbled across The Grooming Clinic whilst looking for some Aromatherapy Associates hand wash, the site was easy to use and I had free delivery. My order was shipped out really quickly and arrived packaged really well. When I opened my parcel a free gift was inside, what a lovely touch and a nice surprise after a hard day at work. Products arrive promptly, well packed, packaging does not contain polystyrene as far as I can tell, is bio degradable, and can be used for gardening I.e: in plant pots. Items well priced, customer service excellent. Couldn’t connect by phone one time, but email answered almost before I sent it!! I Shop with confidence with Grooming Clinic.

Completely unhelpful when I tried to return/ change get some compensation for a product I bought from them , despite it being completely ineffective. Will not be using again.

Just to point out, having sen the reply from grooming clinic, I had not ‘used it up’ I had tried it 2 or 3 days and it was ineffective, which I don’t expect from a product that costs £12.64.
