Nothing germinated, no customer service either
2 lots of seeds different packets, same variety of seeds nothing germinated.
Emailed them, took over a week to answer and asked me a question - when did I sow them, I replied and nothing ?? I replied again and nothing.
So I won't be buying from them again.
Not only paid for seeds which were of no use but the customer service was of no use either. Will not buy from them again.
Update - I did get a refund, but there was a lot of delays and questions about when did I sow them and they can take longer as ours have taken longer this year. Thats fair enough if I had received a reply even in 48 hours. Hard work and I'm not buying from companies that do this - it feels like delay tactics so you leave it.
It's not a good look guys.

I’m really sorry to hear this — both about your seeds and the delay in our response. That’s not the level of service we aim for, and I completely understand your frustration.
We take seed quality seriously and germination issues are something we always investigate, especially when they involve more than one packet so rest assured we will be investigating why this has happened.

The seeds came beautifully but simply and sustainably packaged in a timely manner.i will use the company again thoughI can't yet say how good the germination rate will be.
