Absolutely thrilled with the quality and design. We ordered the product one day and it came early the next day. The web site was easy to navigate even giving a button with the item to order alternative screw sizes. Well done The Handle Studio

Delivery was excellent arrived the very next day in a jiffy bag that was suitable for the item.
The site was easy to navigate and finalise the purchase.
The product looks to be of good quality but only time will actually tell but as it is I would say it is good quality.
I can not comment on communications as I had no need to make contact.
