Excellent service
The service I had was excellent all the way through - from my enquiry through to my appointment with you in Sheringham. It was all arranged very promptly. Nice little touch: when I telephoned, I did not even have to give my name. You had already stored my number and knew who I was before I said! Dona was very helpful and efficient. She identified the problem at once, and supplied a replacement immediately. Now I can hear properly again and my wife no longer shouts at me (at least not as much!). Couldn’t fault the service I received.

Wished l had approached them earlier!
Very impressed by Febin’s introduction, test, very detailed discussions without any buying pressure whatsoever with aids purchased at a subsequent home visit.
As a hearing sufferer of many years, l feel competent in knowing the best for product, cost and service, time will tell.
Although this organisation operates in a different manner than most today to keep costs down, l think this can be successful. Recommended for price and given warranty

I am over the moon …
I am over the moon with the exceptional quality of service I've recently received from The Hearing People. I was treated with sensitive respect, which is particularly important for people with hearing impairment. The level of professional care and expertise, especially as an NHS patient, was so very impressive. No stone was left unturned, and as a result, I've gone from someone unable to effectively communicate with, for example, cashiers in a supermarket, along with being unable to participate in a women's circle, due to the other participants appearing to me, to be miming, and unable to be a part of family gatherings, or even day-to-day conversations; to one who can hear and be a relevant participant within varied verbal interactions. I feel like I've been set free from my silent prison, which, given that I'm an outgoing person, was actually damaging to my overall wellbeing. My grandchildren still shout at me, which is an indicator of the impact of my previous limited hearing, on them. To say that I'm grateful to this first-rate service, is an understatement. My genuine, and heartfelt thanks.

Excellent professional and proficient service
Excellent professional service. I was received on time, kept cool and comfortable and the audiologist conducted their tests with great skill and proficiency. I was kept fully informed of what would happen and it all proceeded as I was told it would. I had a one hour NHS consultation and left with my hearing aids in and carefully calibrated by the audiologist and with warnings about how different things would feel with the aids in. Can highly reccommend for proficiency and professionalism. I also left with all the information and kit I would need and an easy means to access replacement batteries etc.

The gentleman that served me (Pranash James) was just so lovely and very kind. He explained everything properly to me about what was happening and made me feel at ease. Pranush James tested my hearing and consequently fitted me with aids yesterday.
He was great at explaining things, clearly spoken and very professional throughout.
I would happily recommend this service to anyone.

We saw Dona at Tuckswood
We saw Dona at Tuckswood. She was brilliant. We had never had such an in depth hearing test and information we had not been given before. Our hearing aids were made there and then and everything explained beautifully. She was very patient.kind and efficient.

The staff were very attentive
The staff were very attentive. However they could not view my previous hearing test to compare with my previous test as I would like to know if there was a market deterioration. My experience was very good.

The appointment was excellent, Navami explained what was going to happen and explained the results after the tests were completed. She had a friendly manner and was knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend.

Navami was excellent, she explained everything she was doing , checking all the time that I was clear on things , she ran through the results with me , then took the time to explain the phone links to my wife , she was courteous, polite and patient throughout , she is without doubt an asset to your business

Great service
The booking process was incredibly easy, with loads of appointment slots to choose from. The appointment itself was fantastic—professional, friendly, and packed with useful information. I left feeling fully informed and walked out with my hearing aids the same day. Private options were mentioned, but there was absolutely no pressure, which was such a relief. A genuinely great experience.

Excellent hearing aid care
I was attended to by James Pranosh who was a very polite, friendly and informative individual smartly presented and very knowledgeable.
I had a small issue with one of my hearing aid tubes and was offered an appointment that very afternoon, again with James who quickly solved my problem and now all seems well.
