I have ordered from HOK twice, both on a 4 for $80 deal (I wait for the promo). It's not perfect but it works and I would purchase again.

Pros:
- They smell indistinguishable and/or very comparable to the originals.
- Shipping is somewhat fast. I tend to get my orders in under 2 weeks.
- 5 of the 8 perfumes I ordered last 8-12 hours easily.
- Customer Service is somewhat quick to respond, usually a day or two. The AI assistant is helpful.

Cons:
- I paid with 2 different cards (one for each order) and I was charged (or was about to be) subscription fees on each one. Luckily it was only $3. I would've been upset at the $30. Subscription itself does not offer a great benefit because I could get the bottles cheaper if I wait for the sale.
- Website does not say which perfumes are unisex. Often it will show you all at once and accidentally bought a women's. Hard to differentiate.
- Varying degree of how long it lasts. 3 of the 8 didn't last longer than 30 minutes (I spray on a shirt and come back to check it later).

All in all, I would purchase again, but probably only the ones that have lasted me a long time. Not sure if it was a bad batch or not but will try again in the future.

If there is one thing that I appreciate in a company and the people that work there, it is competency. And the guys at HOK are just that at the highest level. They were extremely responsive and quick to answer my questions without the "expect a response within 5-7 business years" nonsense, and this was the first time ever that I brought up an issue and the customer service team actually worked to bring forth a proper solution. These guys are legit, and may The Lord bless them for real. Also, aside from all that, these fragrances smell really good too, just as they should.

The customer service is great I’ve bought a 3pack perfume combo unfortunately I made a mistake while choosing my perfume the costumer support was helpful in sorting that order out for me and I’m liking the perfumes so far, especially “visionary” it really smells good and lasts longer highly recommend it.

My order been in transit for almost two months. I’ve emailed them and didn’t get a response. I don’t think I will receive that order.

The product is okay, but the company's billing for membership and privacy practices are concerning. Customer service responded quickly until I requested that my account and personal information be deleted. After that, I received no response. I was also unable to remove my credit card information from my account. Based on my experience, I recommend proceeding with caution and considering other options.

I accidentally pressed the delivered button and emailed them and they responded quick and solve my issues….

Customer service was fast and helpful. I was pleased with every fragrance but one, and they helped me through the process and ai eventually got a new one.

The Nitty Gritty:

I want to take a second and let you know that I am very satisfied with my interactions with HOK. There are some bad reviews out there about your company. There are some complaints about people not receiving their product, there are some complaints about the product not lasting, and there are some negative comments about your customer service. NONE of that is reflective of my interactions with your company and your products. If you look at my account, you will see that I placed an order for three bottles. They came in a timely fashion and they smell amazing. They also are quality products that last for hours! I, without hesitation, placed an order for six other bottles. They came quickly and I am in love with all of the scents. And your response to my concerns shows that you're committed to exceptional customer service. I am an advocate and a fan.

I ordered the colognes first and was pleasantly surprised by the comparison scents. Then I ordered the body butter to layer my new scents. They sent scent less body butters???? I emailed and got escalated and they have replaced with cologne (my choice). Happy with the customer service care.

I was not impressed with the quality of the scent or the longevity. I even ordered my initial three with the "extra" oil for longevity. These are clearly clones. The scent last maybe a couple of hours. I purchased these through SHOP. So live and learn. But then I just got charged $2.95 because they automatically signed me up for a "subscription." I did not do this! Went on line and canceled the subscription.

I haven't received my cologne yet to test the smell and longevity, but they are fast at processing orders. Really fast.

Great fragrances. Great customer service. Fragrances are good quality and long lasting.

Had an additional fee added after initial purchase

The fragrances i got weren't up to expectations unfortunately, I paid extra for the extraits on them but found the longevity wasn't great, I contacted them and the customer service was very good. They offered me a fragrance of my choice or a partial refund.

I purchased a new product line from HOK that wasn't quite ready for prime time (they have since pulled it). I wasn't expecting anything from them, but I did reach out and provide feedback as I did not feel this met the standards for branding that they should expect. Granted I LOVE their colognes.. and I expected the same level of performance with this new product (it failed in every aspect) The response came back very quickly with several options to try to correct the misstep from their end. Short story, I was very pleased with how professionally and quickly they handled the situation.
For those complaining about the strength and lasting power of the colognes.. Pro tip: skip the "Eau" and spend a tiny bit more and get the "Extrait".

Anyway, I've already purchased a dozen or so scents. I truly enjoy HOK customer service, and have yet to be disappointed in their colognes/perfumes.

It was easy to create the order and the shipping was fast. Where it goes down hill are the products (scents) ordered. Visionary, Aurelius, & Aero Blu have a strong, non pleasant smell. The scent also lasts 45 minutes. I do not recommend these scents being sold as the exact scent clone we expect.

I ordered their scent bundle with Visionary, Satin 33, Savage, and Aurelius. I also had 5ml samples of the original fragrances to compare them side by side.

Theirs don't come close. They smell like pure chemicals and aren't even half as good as the originals. The projection is also very weak.

Another problem is the billing. Ordering their chemical dupes signed me up for a membership without my consent. I only found out when they charged me again the next month. I never agreed to a subscription.

Save your money and shop in other places.
