I received my order slightly later than anticipated. While I didn’t particularly enjoy the scents, I didn’t mind because they were similar to the actual scents. I promptly emailed customer service, who responded within minutes and offered a reasonable discount.

I'm from NZ and would like to say HOK is awesome for what they offer and back it up even better with their service. Comms are prompt, clear and genuine. The scents I chose unfortunately didn't work out for me, but they stood behind their promises and came to a fair resolution for me, being from the other side of the world from the USA haha! I really appreciated this. Hard to find such good service these days, but HOK have it!

It’s great had and issue where I was sent the wrong fragrance and they got to me super fast and sent me a new one all colognes smell great and customer service is equally as good I recommend you try it you won’t regret it

I wasn’t too happy with my order, they offered to replace it without any extra charge.

Staff was outstanding

Great smelling affordable cologne. Doesn't spray on super strong then fade in a couple of hours. Lasts long and only noticed when near. On preference alone, I didn't like one of the three fragrances I selected but customer service quickly made things right. Very happy to now have access to so many hi quality options.

Deceptive checkout practices and unauthorized recurring monthly charges. Do not give them your card.
If you are considering buying anything from House of Klone (HOK / Klone Scents), stay away.
I placed what I believed was a standard, one-time order for cologne. Nowhere in the primary checkout flow was it made clear, prominent, or obvious that I was opting into a monthly subscription or VIP membership. They use dark patterns during checkout—burying recurring billing terms in tiny print or pre-checking recurring charge options—designed to hook you without your knowledge or consent.
The nightmare starts when you discover unauthorized charges hitting your statement a month later. Trying to cancel is deliberately difficult:
Hidden account controls: There is no straightforward, one-click button in the customer portal to manage or cancel the recurring charge.
Customer service runaround: Support is unresponsive, relies on canned AI deflections, or tries to argue against cancellation and refunds.
Disputes and cancellations: The recurring billing is set up so aggressively that, like many other buyers running into this trap, getting the charges stopped often requires filing a formal fraud dispute with your bank or replacing your payment card altogether.
Even setting aside the deceptive billing, no dupe cologne is worth having to police your bank statement every month.
Advice to anyone caught in this: Skip the back-and-forth emails with their support. Contact your bank or credit card provider immediately, dispute the charges as unauthorized, and instruct them to block any recurring merchant authorizations from this company.

If I could rate this brand lower than one star I would. First, my package was delayed. Second, the advertised wear time of 12 hours lasts less than 30 minutes. Their website states that “If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, even if you simply don’t like it.” But after multiple emails with customer service trying to refund the product within days of receiving my product they refused to refund me and did not honor their policy.

They force you into a subscription which they say is free on the invoice then bill you $4.14 in a seperate transaction,
It is very frustrating to cancel,
Came here to make people aware of this before purchasing

The subscription also sets up an automatic monthly reorder.
Absolute snakes

I ordered two bottles of cologne on the assurance that they were going to smell as advertised. I took a look at more reviews and realized this company has been misleading customers for quite some time. They refuse to cancel my order, although the items had not shipped yet. When I got the cologne, it smelled nothing like the reported description. I have gone back-and-forth with customer service attempting to get a refund and they are incredibly unhelpful. Avoid these folks at all cost.

Update: they just offered a partial refund if I change my review to a positive one. What a joke. I guess that explains the 5 star reviews with barely any detail.

So there was a misunderstanding about my order ( embarrassingly on my part) but these guys responded pretty quickly to clarify. Definitely thought i got scammed but they 100% fulfilled their end of the bargain. Truly would recommend.

Forgot to mention, but the colognes i bought smell pretty damn good- especially for the price. i never paid for the designer they’re “inspired” by, so i dont really have a good bar to compare them to but I definitely will buy again when I run out.

UPDATE TO BELOW REVIEW:
The products continue to be fantastic. But it turns out a lot of the blame for the problems I was having should be transferred away from the company itself and onto the shippers they use. The shippers were posting that my product was delivered 3 weeks ago. HOK was just depending on and relaying that information to me. The shippers were wrong. My 2nd full Order of 4 bottles arrived today. I asked HOK for the remaining 2 bottles from the first order to be sent to me. They asked me to change and update my first review before they will send out the remaining partial shipment. So I’m changing my review from 1 star to 3 as of now and will update and change the review and amount of stars again once I have received the final 2 bottles.

Old review:
First let me start by saying none of the problems( and they have been numerous) that I have experienced are with the products themselves. The products when they have arrived are excellent. But customer service has been almost useless and delivery problems never ending. In a nutshell:
1. Orders have never arrived or only partial orders have arrived.
2 payments have been charged that were not authorized because of automatic memberships that I did not authorize.
3. Refunds haven’t been provided because of an unstated 3 day return policy. But when a shipment is not delivered… how is the customer supposed to know when the 3 day period starts.
4 I gave photographic proof of a partial delivery but no refund was given.
5. I was offered a 2 bottle reshipment but not for the exact same product I ordered
6. No offer was made to replace a full shipment of 4 more bottles I ordered and were supposedly delivered but never were.
7 there is no visible way to cancel the automatic membership I was signed up for. Only ways to delay shipment.
8 every interaction with customer service begins with: WE UNDERSTAND YOUR FRUSTRATION… but they still would not resend orders even with photographic proof that only 1 bottle was sent and not the complete order ( the weight stated on the package only showed 1 bottle.)
9. I was promised that they will resend 2 of the 6 bottles again… but not replace or refund the missing items.

As I stated originally…great A+ products… if they arrive. Horrible horrible horrible customer service … and watch out for the AUTOMATIC MEMBERSHIP sign up. Good luck trying to cancel it… it took me 6 emails to finally get mine canceled.

Ps I was told by the company that I needed to write this review and provide a copy of it to the company to get a partial replacement of my order.

Honestly, I was a little skeptical at first and wondered if this was a legitimate company, but the price was tempting enough that I decided to give it a try. I’m really glad I did!

I was genuinely impressed with the quality. The fragrances are remarkably close to the originals, and I’ve already received compliments from my wife. The LV Imagination-inspired fragrance is definitely one of my favorites — it’s subtle, fresh, and creates a really nice overall vibe without being overpowering.

Another big plus is the customer service. They were quick to respond and answered all of my questions clearly.

Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend giving them a try!

bought a product through a Facebook special offer and was automatically enrolled in a monthly "HOK+ Fragrance Club" membership without my clear consent. It is incredibly deceptive to bury a $2.95 recurring charge inside a one-time purchase. Customer service refuses to handle the cancellation directly and forces you to jump through hoops via an external portal link. Keep a close eye on your statements if you buy from them. Completely unacceptable business practices.

I’ve been extremely impressed with the customer service! Communication has been excellent, responses are always fast, and shipping has been quick. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and providing a great experience. Highly recommend!

we to start we ordered 2 different fragrances and one tuned out amazing but the other had issues and we contacted them and we worked with a gentleman named Steven and he did an amazing job of correcting the situation and got us a refund for the one we had problems with and in less than 24 hours and we are so grateful. we love the perfumes and cologne that they sell they are always amazing and for a fraction of the cost of the real thing and last so much longer that we will always buy form klone .so if your on the fence about if it is worth it or not I promise you it is if not just for the fragrances then for the costumer service they work hard to make the whole experience amazing

Firstly I just received my items it took almost 2 weeks, but tbh I have not tried any of them yet, but hoping they won't disappoint.. but as for customer service well it was AI then finally a human the day my items arrived but give 5* to that.
