The after sales service with Hot Tub Superstore is outstanding. They are very supportive, respond very quickly to queries, orders and replacements. Despite the fact that they are quite a distance away from us it's like dealing with a local company.
There are a lot of companies selling these products but their after sales service has made me realise I have chosen the right one.

4 items purchased. 1 item incorrect, sent Bromine granules instead of bromine tablets. Phoned hottubsuperstore who said it was their mistake and that they would dispatch the tablets. Prompt service arrived the next day. They asked me to return the incorrect item and they would reimburse return cost. Sent receipt to them Royal Mail £16.45. Have not received payment. Ross has since called from hottubsuperstore and apologized for the oversight and credited my account accordingly. Refreshing to know that a company will follow up and rectify a problem.

From walking into the showroom at Blackpool and meeting Ross our hot tub experience has been a truly amazing journey, we came away from the showroom with a hot tub knowing we had got the right one, this was only achieved from the knowledge and expertise they have, there was no pushy salesman or unbelievable stupid offers just a honest and relaxed experience, the delivery of the hot tub was exactly as planned and the team of two arrived exactly on time, when they left the hot tub was installed and i had full knowledge of how it worked, within a week a phone call from the office just to ask how things went and if i had any problems or questions, i could not ask for anything more from the hot tub superstore

Following the kind telephone call from Ross who made me feel like a very valued customer. I can happily say I will continue to use them for all purchase all my hot tub items with them. An absolute pleasure to have treated so well. Thank you Ross and hot tub supermarket.

Products were a good a good price and arrived on time

The order took a month to arrive but customer service were helpful. The supa heater was good but you did need to source your own gas regulator. This was stated in the advert.

Bought my hot tub from them over 5 years ago. The purchase and installation went very smoothly.

They have continued to look after me, when I need to purchase the 'extras' ie testing strips, chemicals, filters.
