Great customer service. Had an issue with my order and it was past the period of reporting it. They still sorted out my problem as a gesture of good will. Responded within 1 day.

Amazing customer service. I ordered a ceiling light over a month ago and due to refurbishment only got around putting the lights on now. One of the white globe had a small crack but the customer service team was quick to help replace the globe even after it had exceeded their returns policy. Will definitely be purchasing from their website again. Thank you to Kirstin from the customer service team.

I purchased the 8 Light Mid-Century Modern Opal White Glass Globe Chandelier back in February. I was captivated by the design and knew I wanted this light as a standout feature for my lounge renovation project. I purchased the light via the website and was very impressed by the efficient comms about progress with my order. It arrived promptly and was well packaged. It was easy to assemble and install and looks absolutely stunning. I am over the moon with it and definitely would recommend this light!

I was really impressed with the Globe style pendant Light I ordered from the House Light company it came in a very well packaged box with all the
Glass globes boxed in a polystyrene pack
, I was wondering when I ordered if the quality was going to be ok but I was pleasantly surprised how good it looked when it arrived , unfortunately I did break one of the glass globes putting it together it was totally my fault, I then thought I would have a problem getting a replacement ,no again they were super helpful I contacted the company and I was able to purchase another globe and received it ten days later.
If you are thinking this is just another Chinese company with tacky gear its not, its good quality looks fantastic and if you break something they are there to help you, A big shout out to Kristin for the help.
I would highly recommend this company if you are looking at the web site just remember its coming from China, so it takes a couple of weeks, but the wait is worth it . Thank you, The House Lights Company.

The shipping of the lights took a few weeks but when they arrived they were in good condition and looked exactly as described. Slightly tricky to find the right bulbs but I didn’t check that before ordering. I did have a problem with one light but I contacted customer services who replied incredibly quickly and resolved the issue for me! Overall happy with the lights and the process for ordering

Worst light I've ever received - do not waste your money! I even tried to put a review on their website and it wasn't published. They obviously only approve good reviews to make their lights look half good. 2 electricians refused point blank to put this light up as it wasn't deemed safe. Do not waste your time or money.

I would recommend to avoid - we ordered three lights all of which were shipped direct from China taking 3-weeks from ordering. Quality was poor for the price and regretfully I can see that the same lights are available from Amazon at a fraction of the price.

My kitchen light developed a fault and I had to contact The house lights to report this. I received a reply extremely quickly requesting more information which I provided. In response to this I received a further response with a diagnosis of the fault and confirmation of what parts would be sent to remediate the fault. I was extremely impressed by the speed of response and look forward recieving the required parts and getting the light fully working again. Very impressive customer service!

We are extremely impressed with not only the service of receiving our light within three days, but the quality of the light itself is outstanding. It feels and looks so much more expensive than it was, we have agreed all our home lights will be from this company. We cannot complain whatsoever!
