Not usually one to leave reviews but The Imperial Group genuinely deserves one. I'd been stuck with brokers who were giving me shocking rates for longer than I'd like to admit then these guys got in touch and showed me what I'd been missing. Honest from the start, no messing about. The quotes they came back with were miles better than anything I'd been offered before.

Brilliant customer service from Louis Stobo! Was super helpful and walked me through the whole process resulting in a great deal for my business! Highly recommend.

Just had Stan Chapman from the Imperial Group call our office. He was very vague with my colleague on the front desk and when asked whether this was a sales call, he said no that it was not. He implied that our MD knew about the reason for the call and that we were renewing an existing service.

Once transferred through it transpired that yes it was a sales call. Our colleague got in a lot of trouble as they are instructed not to trouble the MD with sales calls.

I would be extremely careful about working with this company as they are more than willing to use underhanded methods to get through to decision makers.

Also, their Trustpilot reviews look extremely suspicious. They are all unprompted reviews and come in waves.

UPDATE 19/03/2026: Notice how three completely unprompted 5 star reviews appeared within 7 hours of this 1 star review. Sketchy AF

cold calling harassment. blocked and they call back on different numbers - they lie to our staff to try to get through to the MD. avoid

I cannot fault these guys. A hassle free service from start to finish. Taking care of all the dealings with suppliers and pricing saved me hours if not days and to top it all saved me a lot of money! Great friendly service and I will definitely be recommending to everyone! Thank you so much

AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!Do not believe anything they say. They do not take no for an answer and kept calling and calling, After telling them I was in contract for another year with our current supplier for electric and gas, they still persisted and I agreed a new contract for when it ends, they make you feel under pressure to sign an agreement there and then over the phone and when It doesn't go through because we are still in contract which I told them several times, they then demand payment for thousands of pounds for business they have lost... that they didn't have in the first place!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS otherwise you may end up paying for nothing!!! this is how they make their money... HUGE SCAM!!!!

Spoke to Katie white , amazing work values , very professional and polite, would definitely recommend a promotion and salary review, as I work in management industry she comes across as an asset to the team
