Informative and easy to follow along course material. The tutors are very helpful when it comes to any questions you may have. The Facebook page is the icing on top! If you are having trouble with an assignment you can find very helpful information on the page from other students.

I have been enjoying doing this Interior Design Certification program as this was my Dream since my childhood. A great experience so far!
The course outline and expectations for timelines have been spot on. My tutor has been quick to respond to any questions and always leaves thoughtful and informative comments on my assignments. The student Facebook platform has been great and the international feel from the students inspiring. So far, I am feeling challenged, (in a good way) and learning lots.

I’m currently on module 10 of 12. The self-directed learning in this course has been great. Lots of in depth information in each module, great feedback from tutors and engaging assignments. Would recommend to anyone thinking of dipping their toe into the design world

A fun and creative course
I really enjoyed this course and learned a great deal from it. I especially appreciated learning how to design a space thoughtfully and developing my technical drawing skills.

The content materials are very in-depth and response is very quick when help is required.
If you want something quick and easy - this course is not for you!
The self-paced learning is a great option and extensions are easily obtained.
I have been working through for some time and looking forward to finalising the last couple of modules.
Would I recommend to other - Yes!
Would I do it again if I had to reconsider - Hell, yes!!

WELL WORTH THE EXPENSE ... EXCELLENT!!
This course provides extensive information on each of the modules. It is most valuable that IDI offers examples from previous students, which assures us that we are on point with requirements for that particular assignment. Useful vendor and other source directories are provided for current and future use. It is great that students are given options on acceptable software platforms for module submission. Both SketchUp and especially AutoCad may require you to play 'catch up' if they are unfamiliar. There is an added bonus factor -- the tutors recommend various blogs to further assist in understanding the concept, rhyme or reason on an assignment. Nice that each module can be revisited for future reference, if need be, and should give one more confidence to proceed into their Interior Design career field endeavors.

I’ve had the most positive experience with the Interior Design Institute. I loved the course, it gives you solid foundations in Interior Design but also encourages you to go beyond. It is professionally made up, comprehensive, practical but also inspiring to open up your creativity. Be prepared that you most probably will need to buy additional modules, if you are serious about it. But the cost of the core course is very reasonable in comparison with other institutions. The administration and organisation is impeccable. My teacher has been very helpful, responsive and encouraging. The customer service replies immediately. So I highly recommend. It’s honest, solid and prepares you well for the profession.

I’ve had a really positive experience studying with the Interior Design Institute. The course structure is clear, professional, and well-paced, and the feedback process has always felt constructive rather than discouraging.
At one point, I submitted an assignment that needed improvement, and instead of simply failing me, they gave me the opportunity to revise and resubmit. That approach made a big difference. It showed that the goal is actual learning and growth, not just ticking boxes.
