Excellent service - thank you very much.

I bought some pyjamas as a xmas present for my granddaughter. Unfortunately they were too long in the leg although the material was lovely as was the print. I returned them and received a refund a couple of days after they were returned. I would definitely shop with them again as the service was excellent.

I can not comment on the quality of the products as my issue was that I never received the delivery. 5 weeks after placing the order (a Christmas gift for my sister), the Royal Mail tracking site still says they are expecting the product. Their Nibs confirmed they were despatched but they seen to have disappeared.
Upon contacting customer service approx 3 weeks after placing the order, I requested a refund which was issued but unfortunately not in time to get a replacement present for Christmas. Very disappointing. I should also mention the only delivery option was €10 which I consider quite expensive.

Men's pyjamas do not have a fly in them which is probably a way for them to save a small amount of money in manufacture........ but I did not find out until after wearing them so could not return or exchange. Very arrogant response when I contacted them by email to ask whether this is a design fault....very unhelpful.

Ordered two pairs of PJ's, one Satin and one cotton. Love the prints and styles but had a problem with the quality of the cotton pair. Sent and email and photos got an immediate response with an apology and the promise of a replacement. Sent straight away by courier and told to keep the faulty pair if I can do anything with them. My pet hate is bad customer service but they went above and beyond. These items are made in India, not expensive and you are almost bound to get the odd reject and some will get missed in quality control. The key is in keeping your customer happy if something does go wrong by acting promptly and sorting it and I am one happy customer.

The cheapest satin, threads coming off everywhere, wonky pocket. Just awful pyjamas. Thankfully ordered early for Christmas so had time to send them back and got issued a full refund, but just dire quality.

Gorgeous pjs ! Bought some cotton ones for friends as gifts and of course some for myself. Will be buying more for Christmas gifts. Great designs and the quality is great for the very reasonable price. Love !

Not a pleasant experience. I ordered two pairs and kept my favoured print. I wasn't particularly impressed with the finish or quality for the price (uneven stitching, cotton strands hanging off, very see-through) …but really loved the print, so kept them.

After one wash the cotton bottoms shrunk and were swinging round my ankles. I returned (using the label provided), but I struggled to get a refund.

I opened a PayPal dispute 11 days after returning the PJs and no contact from Their Nibs. They then asked me to close the PayPal dispute, so they could refund me - I've not experienced that before. I didn't do as they asked, because I didn't want to lose my payment protection, who's to say I would receive a refund if I closed the case? Why not just refund through PayPal? …So Their Nibs didn't refund until PayPal stepped in and refunded me (21 days later).

Disappointing, a very poor service.

I have several pairs of pyjamas from Their Nibs and they are all gorgeous and very comfortable. I was so impressed I bought a pair for someone else and they love them too.

Excellent and quick response from Their Nibs team. They sorted out a couple of issues very quickly and efficiently. Would definitely buy from them again.

Love the silk pjs, wonderful patterns. Quality is not perfect but very good for the price point.

Really cannot fault the customer service. Some of the best I’ve experienced. Helped me out with an issue super quickly and politely. Amazing!

Lovely cotton pyjamas and fanatic designs but sadly disappointing customer service.
Bought a pair of pyjamas for my daughter via their web site, arrived quickly but flaw in print. Contacted customer services to return, had to pay return postage and was not refunded. Was told they don't refund. Emails ignored and no replies. For a small company it's not the customer service you expect and such a shame.

I was given a pair of Their Nibs pyjamas for Christmas. They look lovely, but I pulled on the bottoms yesterday and my fingers went straight through the fabric as if it was paper. Amazing. There would appear to be a weak patch of fabric marked by bobbles in the cotton.
Cant get them replaced by Their Nibs because they were sold by another retailer. What a shame. My husband has not kept the receipt needless to say.

Beautiful patterns and pjs are ageing well as I bought 2 sets about a year ago. However sizing is extremely inconsistent hence the 3 stars.

XS is advertised as a size 8 on their website when it’s actually much smaller. I ended up returning the first set bought from them then ordered the size S from John Lewis which I’d say is a size 8-small 10. I recently bought the daffodil print set from JL and assumed it would be the same as the pjs I already have so removed the tags. Turns out the size S is smaller for the top compared to models bought a year ago! Such a shame they don’t have consistent sizing as it puts you off from buying again. I bought 4 sets as presents along mine which I will be returning because of this.

I was attracted by the beautiful designs and bought 2 cotton pyjamas. The fabric is too stiff and uncomfortable and makes you sweat.

Beautiful well made cotton pajamas with a gorgeous cheetah pattern exactly as pictured. Arrived really quickly and very well packaged.

Bought a pair of women’s silky pjs from John Lewis and after just one wear, side seams on both legs started to come apart. Fabric was shredding away from seam. Poor fabric, don’t buy. John Lewis refunded me but would not recommend this brand.

I ordered several pairs of their cotton pyjamas, which arrived promptly. The pyjamas are excellent, really good quality cotton, pockets in the pj bottoms, wash really well and in a variety of gorgeous upmarket patterns!
I recently had a problems with an order of summer pjs, the company was quick to respond, and dealt with the problem fairly and kindly.
I'd absolutely recommend this shop/site, you'll be very pleased you found them!
