Excellent Customer Service ! I ordered earrings, unfortunately one got damaged in the post. I contacted the shop by email to make them aware. They responded immediately, advised they would sent a pre paid label for return and in the meantime sent a new set without me having to wait on the original set being received back. The new set arrived within 2 days. Will 100% buy from them again

The ordering and delivery of the necklace was brilliant. However, unfortunately the disc on the bead chain was not as shown on the internet. I did phone to inform them of this fact and they said they would put a photo online that did represent the actual disc. I have decided to keep the necklace as it is beautifully made just did not represent as presented on the web.

I first came across this company at a Gift Fair in Harrogate and purchased some small earrings, very comfortable loved the colour so I sent for another colour but same size earrings, promptly delivered, very pleased with them, so pleased I will be ordering another colour soon, many thanks.

Love my brooch I had to contact the seller due to the wrong item being sent
this was immediately rectified and my fish brooch arrived with a prepaid postage to return the necklace can not fault the customer service still need to pop my return to them
due to bad weather this as not been possible

Lovely necklace and it was dispatched very quickly. I would have given it five stars but I think I expected the three strands to have slightly different lengths, although looking again at the photograph I see that is not really the case.
