Beautiful jewellery - great service

The prompt arrival of a very well packaged quality pair of beautiful silver hoop earrings, which I love wearing.

Brought while visiting the caravan, camping and motor home exhibition. My choice was fishy studs as I can't wear dangly stings at work.
The lady at the stand was so enthusiastic and friendly, we had a long chat about craft markets, Edinburgh fringe and lots more.
My purchase makes me smile as they are bright and cheery. Really pleased.

What a beautiful quality necklace

The scarf is absolutely beautiful, even better than in the picture. I was also pleased at how quickly it arrived.

Ok, I purchased the pale blue Topaz pendant which is very pretty, I love it , good quality, however, I would have preferred it little bit chunkier, heavier. Your photo of it is misleading because it makes it look bigger than it is, which was the same as the Topaz earrings I purchased but returned.

I bought some earrings from the stand at The International Horse Show last Christmas and was given great advice and plenty of time to choose without feeling harassed. However, the customer service I have received since then has been absolutely amazing. Unfortunately one of the earrings broke so I emailed to ask about their policy for when this happens. The response was almost instant and their communication was excellent. After I sent a photograph of the broken earrings they have replaced them without question. This really was brilliant customer service, so thank you.

Ordered a lovely necklace and matching earrings for my friend. They looked really lovely the only thing was the necklace was going to be too short for my friend. I telephoned and explained and they couldn’t have been more helpful.
I returned all items for a refund.

I will definitely been checking their website again as I already have a necklace from them which is brought at a show they were at.
