As discussed in our email correspondence, the package was delivered to the address provided on the order and the delivery was verified through the UPS investigation team.
Our review of the available evidence, including tracking information, carrier delivery records, signature confirmation, and video footage obtained through the UPS investigation team, confirms that the package was successfully delivered and signed for at your home by an individual at the delivery location. Based on these findings, all available documentation indicates that the order was delivered to the specified property.
To ensure full transparency, we provided you via email with the supporting documentation and photographic evidence supplied through the UPS investigation, which verified these findings.
As a business, we must rely on verifiable information when evaluating delivery disputes. At this time, we have not received any evidence indicating that the package was delivered to an incorrect address or was not received at the delivery location.
Unfortunately, given the results of the UPS investigation and the supporting delivery documentation, we are unable to take any further action regarding this matter.

Overall amazing experience! Website was very easy to navigate through and pick out what you want. The selection is endless and will definitely contain what you need and if not the customer service is amazing and will help you get your bottle if need be!
