Not usually one to leave a review but wow. Managed to get a beautiful Wisteria in the sale. Delivery was very quick, the wisteria came beautifully packaged, healthy and well looked after beforehand.
Overall I’m extremely happy and I would absolutely order from you again.

I received my fourth or fifth Terranium today from the Little Botanical Company , these are so special I give them as a gift that never fails to impress.
These plants come so well packaged I am guessing they have never had a damage claim.

I had made a mistake on the order so phoned up to change the error and a lovely lady was very helpful and amended my mistake immediately. I was then at my son and daughter in law's house when the flowers arrived and they were beautiful and fresh. They absolutely loved them. The quality is exceptional and the presentation wonderful. I was looking for a Boston Fern to help my 3 free flying Canaries enrichment and to help purify the air. As the plant is non-toxic to them the item I purchased was specifically chosen from The Little Botanical.
My order arrived the next day as promised and was excellently packaged and protected. Will certainly be buying some more plants for my birds from The Little Botanical.

I purchased a terrarium as a present. It arrived carefully packaged and the plants were in perfect condition and beautifully arranged. Very impressed!

First only 4 out of 5 plants delivered, but viewing the plant maturity against the photographs on John Lewis website, the plants were sorely lacking in height and presence, rejected order as misleading and incomplete, messed about by John Lewis for 5 days, finally told they would not refund after 5 days being told they would and having refused delivery today of missing plant. Was told that John Lewis wanted photographs despite all plants being carefully repackaged but hey ho, took photographs then spotted that the leaves on one had been torn and sellotaped together to hide damage from view, big no no, John Lewis agreed to refund, they don’t want the plants back, but it’s poor customer service from both John Lewis and the supplier, the little botanical as clearly not fit for sale, very very poor 1/10

Excellent service from The Little Botanical. Arrived timeously in a well thought out cardboard box and the pot and plant were perfect. I have used this company before and will do so again.

Delivery by DPD excellent and packaging of plant good. However, I did not expect the plants to be potted into the the actual plant pot that did not contain drainage holes. The plants did not look happy and when I took them out of the pots they were all suffering with their roots. I had to remove all the soil and found the free plant a succulent was the most affected and don,t know if it will survive. Only buy if in a growing pot and check that also. Wouldn’t by again.

Easy ordering and very prompt delivery of a delightful terrarium for a 90 year birthday present. Item was packed securely with no damage. (May be ordering one for myself!)
