I’ve never bought plants online before…

I’ve never bought plants online before and was a little apprehensive about delivery in case they arrived damaged but everything was fine! Extremely well wrapped and the handwritten personalised note was a lovely touch. Thank you! I will be recommending to others.

High Quality & Beautiful Plants

Such a beautiful, wide selection of high-quality plants that are very popular with our customers. The communication has been excellent throughout and they always go that extra mile to help out. It genuinely feels more like working with friends than a supplier.

I ordered a Hoya Kerrii as a gift and…

I ordered a Hoya Kerrii as a gift and it looks just as beautiful as the photos on the website. It was so well packaged. As this is a gift and there is a few days before gifting, I contact Little Botanical for some advice on how to care for it and had a really informative and warm reply from Holly. Thanks for such a lovely online shopping experience. I will be buying from you again.

Lovely Little Plant

I ordered a lovely plant from Little Botanical and absolutely loved the pot. The plant arrived well packaged and in great condition, so no complaints there at all.

There was a £20 minimum spend, so I added plant food and a moss pole to make up the order. When the delivery arrived, the moss pole was missing. I emailed the company but didn’t receive any response. The moss pole did arrive a few days later, but again with no explanation or reply.

I’m unsure whether the moss pole was missed from the original order or always intended to be sent separately. Either way, it feels a bit odd given the minimum spend is framed around sustainability, yet two separate deliveries were made and the lack of communication didn’t help.

Lovely products, but customer service and communication could definitely be improved.

We are very sorry for the confusion around the moss pole and, in particular, for the lack of communication. You are absolutely right that this should have been clearly explained, and we understand how the silence would have been frustrating.

We would also like to apologise that we had not yet caught up with your query at the time. We are a small team, and during particularly busy periods this can unfortunately lead to delays in responding, but that is not the level of service we aim to provide.

You are correct that moss poles are sometimes sent separately due to packaging and courier constraints, however this should always be communicated clearly. We appreciate you raising the point about sustainability too, and this feedback is really helpful as we continue to review how we dispatch and communicate orders.

TLB and their plants great- courier terrible

Update: the issue has now been rectified and the missing plant received. I have to say that the plant, now that it's arrived, is absolutely beautiful. It seems to me that the issues faced were primarily caused by DPD through a huge catalogue of errors on their part- including delivering part of the order to the wrong address completely. It was then a nightmare trying to get hold of DPD to arrange for them to retrieve the parcel. So, whilst The Little Botanical are a lovely company with gorgeous plants- they may want to rethink their choice of courier.

Ordering process was easy and one of the plants arrived in good condition. However, can't comment on the other plant from the order as it was missing from the delivery. Not great considering I paid in excess of £50 for that particular plant. To make matters worse, the pot for the missing plant was delivered - so now I have a pot and nothing to put in it! Really disappointed as I was excited to set my plant up when I saw the delivery!

I've emailed customer service, but am not expecting a timely response given previous correspondence has not been responded to.

We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to receive the pot but not the plant, especially given the value of the order. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers.

We have since checked with DPD and, although they are oddly showing that they were unable to locate the address on their system, part of your order was delivered successfully. Regardless, we have taken the decision to immediately arrange for the missing plant to be sent out to you immediately so this can be resolved as quickly as possible.

We would also like to apologise if our response felt delayed. We are a small team and do not work over the weekend, but please be assured that all messages are picked up and responded to as quickly as we possibly can.

Thank you again for raising this with us and for your patience and providing us with the opportunity to put this right for you.

I have bought before from TLB and the…

I have bought before from TLB and the plants are all doing so well. The plants come packaged so carefully and are so healthy. The pots are beautiful. Another great order. I have bought plants from other online shops and they have arrived with soil everywhere and dead leaves. This has never happened with this company and this is now my third order! So pleased.

The plants are great but....

The plants are great, but the DPD delivery was not. We amended the date via the app, because we were going to be out during the assigned slot, and DPD acknowledged the change. But the driver threw the boxes over our gate anyway. They all got damaged :-(

A strong healthy plant with an attractive pot

I received my new plant and pot today, which was well packaged in recyclable material. The plant is healthy, strong and watered. And exactly like the photos. I am super happy with both the plant and the pot and would highly recommend this company.
