Wow, ordered a gift for a colleague and now I want one myself! Great communication from the office, dispatched really quickly, delivered in a really secure box with lots of packaging to minimise damage and the product is great. Really impressed!

I sent an orchid as a present from the USA and did everything online. The delivery was on time, as promised, and I was informed of each step along the process. The flowers were in full bloom and the recipient was very happy with the present! I would definitely use this service again.

Plants are lovely and luckily they were well packed as the courier dumped the box on its side outside my front door and didn’t bother to knock to let me know they were delivered. The large box clearly states they are fragile and to be kept upright. The box has obviously been chucked around a bit

The large and extra large plants arrived looking okay but not the best condition, even after a few days of being unboxed. One of them had brown spots all over the new leaves which then all turned brown / black and fell off. Customer services replied after a week and said this was all normal but it is a bit disappointing to have on display in the kitchen. Hopefully they will look better soon.

I love these little plants. The colour and look of them in the pots was what made me choose this site over others, but I am glad I did as they came really well potted and were well packed up together so they arrived in perfect condition. Would buy from here again.

Bought the Monsterra plant as a present. Arrived beautifully packaged and the plant is in a very healthy condition. Pot arrived separately beautifully packaged again and it’s a very nice ceramic pot.
