Don't use this company. Still waiting for an order placed over a month ago. Money taken on the day of ordering. They don't respond to queries other than with an automated response. AVOID.

Hi, I am still waiting on my order that I placed 5/11/20

Well I still haven’t received my order so what do you think my rating should be?

I placed an order in August 2020 and was advised to expect a wait of two weeks. I have received nothing since and their website confirms my order has not been dispatched. I have tried in vain to contact the company, initially to request updates and more recently to cancel my order - but it is simply not possible to contact them. This is clearly a SCAM website and I have now filed a chargeback form with my credit card company. I advise others to do the same, well before the deadline - as through trying to be 'patient' for this order as requested in their automated email responses and FAQs, I only just made the deadline to file this. Don't be fooled.

Ordered in August paid £34.99 for goods I still haven't received goods.
Left numerous emails with zero response or customer service. Do not order from this site.

Ordered items over a month ago. Never received so cancelled and got an e mail thanking me for the order saying it would be processed. Money hasn’t yet been refunded. Dreadful service. Avoid.

Because we still haven’t received the item. It was ordered early November!!!!!!!!!

Why ask me to right a review when I still haven’t received my order that was placed 1 month ago!

I placed an order the beginning of November. The monies was taken from my bank account on 5th November. Today is the 4th of November & I’m still awaiting for my delivery even though this evening I’m asked to voice my opinion on your service. I would appreciate the delivery but if this is not forthcoming then I would expect a refund in due course. I await your reply.

I have still not received my goods been over 2 months have left messages but no reply you have taken my money so wheres my goods

Still waiting I ordered on 5th November still no parcel tracking it it's not even been picked I'd advise people not to order from this company it's a joke .

I ordered on the 5th of November and I still have not received the product on the 4th December. Even with the current climate feels a little long for delivery times. I’ve had this survey before the product so can’t really score higher than one star

Can only echo the other reviews here. Money taken at beginning of November and nothing received. Automated replies only - no other way of contacting them. 😡😡

No Goods received No emails answered Absolutely awful company. Money taken quickly but then nothing. Do not buy from this company.

Ordered the £35.99 utensil set on 1st November. Money taken same day. Still haven't received it!. Numerous emails with only automated replies. Really disappointed with the lack of response and lack of kitchen utensils. I wish I'd read the reviews first!!

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered over a month ago. No delivery. No response to messages. Rip off!

I placed my order on 15th September 2020 for kitchen utensil set. A payment of £35.99 was taken on the day! Constant automatic emails, I have today requested a refund, still receiving an automatic email with no reference to my refund request.... Scam indeed, I aim to contact my bank to report LOCKDOWN KITCHEN asking for charge back. Facebook comments deleted! Lots of angry face emogis. AVOID
