Ordered on 4th September 2020 and still nothing delivered.....
Multiple emails sent and you get an automated reply with a link to track the order, my order is showing as "ordered"
Taken the money and not delivering anything. They delete comments on Instagram and Facebook too!

Ordered from these in August and still not received items ordered. Have emailed them three times and only got automated reply’s in response. A big con.

Just like other people on here, wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering. Ordered my utensil set on 23 August, money taken same day but no delivery, no contract apart from the automated message and the tracking page just says it was ordered. Absolute disgrace

My order never arrived. I ordered 3 months ago. No updates and no response to emails. Avoid.

Waited for quite a few weeks for delivery. Maybe you could let customers know if you’re experiencing delays.

Placed an order two months ago and only received items today. They are of poor quality and not what I ordered. Tried to email many times over the two months only to get a standard automated email and no one comes back to help or advise. Money taken on the same day and now complete silence. Very poor customer service and would not recommend to anyone.

Ordered Facemask’s 4 weeks ago, paid £20 still not here. Not good enough.

Order was received the same day that I wrote this review. Masks were very nice but would not order again from this Company as did not deliver within the time specified and didn’t bother updating delivery. Clearly have major distribution problems as all the poor reviews show. Need to keep customer updated on delivery and delays otherwise no repeat orders.

Five months and no order received! Cannot get in touch! Total scam!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Ordered and paid for a utensil set in September, advised delivery time 2 weeks. Its now been 2 months. I've emailed a few times but get standard automated response, nothing more. I'd avoid like the plague, sorry guys. My next step is contacting my bank to dispute the transaction

I placed an order on 8th Sept and still have not received it. I have tried to email many times only to get a standard automated email and no one comes back to help or advise. Money was taken on the same day and now radio silence. Very poor would not recommend to anyone

Ordered utensil set in middle of September - payment taken immediately. No goods have arrived. I have emailed them numerous times but just receive an automated response. I have posted on their Facebook and Instagram posts but no response their either. Terrible company.

My daughter ordered the utensil set over 2 months ago and still nothing! Multiple attempts to contact them via email still nothing but her money has been taken! Crappy customer service

Loke the others ordered a utensil set ages ago and received nothing. Multiple emails and no response. Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing.
Make sure to report them on all socials as they are still being allowed to have sponsored adverts!

I have already reviewed the Lockdown Kitchen for not delivering my utensil set that was ordered 13/9/2020. I emailed them multiple times and messaged them via Facebook & Instagram and about a week later I got a response telling me, ‘people aren’t understanding the logistical situation etc’ but did give me a refund that was received today.

My advice to everyone is spread the word about not ordering from them, report them, and everyone who is still waiting for a refund or reply HASSLE them constantly. Dm them on insta, comment on their insta photos, Facebook message them etc.

Eventually they will stop taking advantage of people.

I purchased disposable face masks in October which cost £20.00. I have had no masks delivered and no contact whatsoever from The Lockdown Kitchen regarding the order. Not very nice to take advantage of people. Very disappointing. Re reply from Lockdown Kitchen - i have never received an email from you, spam or otherwise.

The purple masks are good. I originally left a bad review because I didn't receive my order. Turns out my order was held in my local Post Office for sometime without them telling me. Not the fault of The Lockdown Kitchen. I will order again.
