Murray handled my query and personally saw to it by communicating to the warehouse team I would receive next day delivery and by 9am the following day I had received my items. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I used The London Candle Store for the first time recently and found the whole experience excellent. The candles I ordered arrived within two days and were nicely packaged. My choices were Ernesto and Spiritus sancti by Cire Trudon and they smell gorgeous! Light in one room and the fragrance permeates the other rooms too.
I emailed to say how impressed I was and mentioned that I was sorry to have just missed out on the free dinner candles offer and Ruby replied that she was happy to send those out to me, which she did and they arrived the next day. Fantastic customer service!

The candles are a luxury and not cheap but trust me when I say you get what you pay for.
